Very arrogant & rude staff. Totally uncooperative especially the manager & owner...My first & last visit..

Very very rude and arrogant attitude of the staff. They will invite you, force u for advance... They don't have online payment facility.... Once u visit they will scream at u or insult you on various occasions.... I booked my rooms 10 rooms and cancelled and collected my cash back immediately after long argument with Rambabu Sharma.

i stayed at this guest house for 7 days. ( i had no other option, as i paid for 7 days in advance ) and the conclusion is that, this is the worst place to stay at the holy city of Goverdhan. Light cuts off every hour in this city, the genset is not being started to save money. you will be without AC in summer and without geyser in winters. this guest house is not owned by some professional hotelier, so the owner who is a very very miser man, will switch off the light from outside of room, even when you are inside. upon complaint, he says oops ! i didnt notice you are in the room. every bathroom is connected with the bathroom of another room , with an open window, shady !! ( and be ready for smell and sounds from the other bathroom!! ) used and smelly blankets are provided. price is Rs 900 which is very high for the facilities provided. Many guest houses with better facilities are available at a fair around Rs 500. This is a very small town, numerous guets houses at Rs 500 are available. if you are arriving by a car, it is almost impossible to reach the place, as all the non-goverdhan four wheelers are banned to ply on the parikrma road by NGT and parikrma road is the only way to this guest house. penalty of rs 10,000 is there, if caught. so, it is very wise to opt for other guest house which have uninterrupted access, because you will be moving all the time to vrindavan, barsana etc. i surely will never ever stay in this place.

untrained staff. no power backup. unprofessional owner and manager. doest not run generator for AC and geyser. you can run only one of these when light is there. food quality worst. cheap and unhygenic. car cannot reach the hotel parking without bribing the police. what else would you like to know for not choosing this hotel. avoid. many better option. fair price Rs 500 per night for a double room in this guest house.

Very bad environment of the hotel not safe my father came to meet me from agra they just asked very rudely to leave the hotel I would suggest not to go to this place ever worst owner and management

I have booked room for a 1 day as I am there for Parikrama As this hotel is located on parikrama route But experience over hotel is not so good As fellow over reception has given us room on upstairs not on ground floor while asking for the same he replied that ground floor is in renovation but we find one guest is checking out from ground floor at that time Moreover we have taken food from hotel food was good we have paid amount on the spot but while check out person is asking for money as on first impression he said u have not paid and after gone through his own diary he is okay as he has mentioned in diary abt my payment As well they are not accepting online payment nor UPI They asking for cash only which is bad Now comes to the room point of view Lights are keep going and while calling to reception they are laughing that aapke room k liye generator laau kya So hotel is not having generators or inverter They don't provide any bathroom kits No soap no shampoo no conditioner nothing even they are not providing bath towel They are offering window ac which are already out dated and rooms are taking much longer time to get cool Every room door is having glass upside for safety or privacy point of view which is not safe In this much amount there are lot many options available in goverdhan And whenever ur booking this hotel make things clear about your bills as from my view they are creating conflicts regarding payments

Worst experience ever! We regret our descision of choosing this hotel for our stay at govardhan! We had 2 guests with us for whom we were ready to pay extra . But the hotel managar with so sense of respect , he told them to get out! Despite having extra rooms he didn't allow the guest to stay ! Hotel manager's behaviour was unacceptable. Also The food served was pathetic!!
