Worst experience. I will recommend a lower category hotel than this. If You want to spoil your tour then go to this hotel. The Staff will help you to feel irritated and angry. First of all the staff behaviour is very rude, next washrooms are not clean and feels like you are staying in a very old hotel. No water supply in washroom during peak bath time. I have no such worst experience of staying in a hotel in last 20 years.

Hotel management has truly become money minded after it has become Centralized and treehouse took over. Their sales person has no courtesy talking to customer. Earlier when hotel was independent we had good experience but now it's truly disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 2 days, and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The food was also great. I would like to especially mention Mr Brahmajit, the manager, who was very helpful and ensured that my stay was comfortable. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Without stay I am writing review. I called twice in this hotel to book room, both time different persons picked the call. Both are very rude. I told them if you people are talking in this way while booking then how did you treat your guest after their booking and payment. Pathetic behavior. Highly disappointed. I told them due to their such behaviour my family will never come to their hotel.

The staff was friendly, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. Rusty faucets, unkept bathrooms, and tired-looking rooms make it clear that upgrades are overdue. The breakfast was disappointing, and the price they charge is absolutely not justified. The owners and management seriously need to invest in improving this place.

I want to thank WINGSTON Govardhan for remarkable service for our stay. We were a group of 60 people with different expectations but the hotel staff made sure all requirements were fulfilled. This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever visited in India. I had an amazing time in every respect. The food in the restaurant was clean, delicious, and quick. And the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Really, by the time I left, I felt like this was my home in Govardhan. The water in my shower was always hot and whenever I wanted the room clean, someone would take care of it right away. Great Wi-Fi in the rooms. Very reliable! 5+ star service! ||This was especially important for me, since I was coming to Govardhan for a Parikrama, which meant that I was doing some pretty grueling spiritual pilgrimages every day, sometimes in dusty and hard weather conditions. It was really hot outside too. ||But when I would come back to the Wingston, I could really relax and mentally prepare myself for the next day. ||I love this place and will be sure to come back. I want to especially thank Mona at the front desk, who is very helpful, extremely professional, and very nice. Plus, Ajay Kumar in the restaurant, who is a new friend for life! I also want to thank Anand, Vishal, Rahul, and everyone. What a great place! ||I cannot recommend highly enough!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Although the building itself is quite old, everything is very cozy and comfortable. The food in the restaurant is incredibly delicious! Special thanks to the receptionist for her patience and professionalism. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Govardhan!
