Rosewood Hotel

Good: The people are REALLY good, cooperative. Good kitchen / breakfast services. Availability of lift, Improvements: Infra (intercom, taps) can be improved. Extra bed is only an extra mattress (should ideally provide folding bed), Some rooms are really small for 3rd person to fit in. Windows are closed/locked. Overall, feels really good as the staff treats very well.

I am regular customer of this Hotel it was very good earlier but now it is very bad in all scanerio. Very bad behavior of staff as well as Manager. They increased the price very high as compare to others and also with the quality of food. I suggest please visit somewhere else than this hotel rest is your choice

Very bad behaviour and very slow service restaurant. And not believe waiter talk Not water provide waiter and uncomfortable waiter . long wait time for simpler request
