The person at the reception had very bad behavior. I called to ask for some information about the food, and he spoke to me as if he was doing me a favor by even talking. Also, the quality of the room was very poor--the gate didn't even lock properly.

Only thing there is no contact number mentioned there for room service My request to hotel staff please mention the reception number to every room / so that guests connect with reception easily /

Pathetic Service with Front line Reception is not coordinating. No Information related to check in and check out time. Rude behavior especially by Evening Person. Receptionist consider as a owner. I request all Pharma Industry to avoid this Hotel due to Check Out Time related issues as they will not inform you and chaarge u full payment with the words fighting and arguments with late Morning & Evening Receiopnist. Really Discussting. Again the same bloody Receiopnist saying no need to visit again as per Hotel Shivam Policy and we don't need pharma customer to visit and stay.

The best room ever ,, I've booked many rooms but this hotel room is very very clean and has a good environment ,, manager was very supportive

Rooms are spacious,but all paint is flaking and almost every where there is water seepage. Not provided foot mats for bathroom exits,and staff took our keys early
