Super OYO Flagship Sada Shiv Guest House

Never ever book this OYO situated in a basement of the society. Above that rooms are cramped with scarcity of space. You can hardly enter through barely half feet entry. Bathroom entry is even more narrower. Fans and ACs are making noises. They shutdown AC during the day. Imagine living in a basement with ventilation and AC. I found snails and insects in bathroom and seepage on walls. Very unsafe stay, you can't rush out in emergency such as fire and other disasters as room entries and hotel entery are narrow and situated in basement. I had urgency to stay for a day in Gorakhpur, and I had done payments so was kind of forced to stay. I don't understand why this OYO property got 4 start ratings! It deserves Zero!

A decently sized room was given to me after a smooth check-in process. The hotel was well connected by public transport system. The place was well managed by efficient staff. I had an amazing experience here.

Worst Experience . I booked it online but was not aware that it is in the basement . Only room look was good but bathroom was continueously smelling . All control of room Ac, gyser etc. were in hand of manager . Breakfast was very bad specially tea. Only one man was everything - he was the manager , sweeper , food manager etc , receptionist as well .also rate is very high .

Decent place to stay in gorakhpur in reasonable price. Location is also okay..Near to AD Mall. Although it might get a little difficult to find in the beginning but it is overall a good place to stay. Staff behaviour was also very helpful.

First of all it's not a Hotel, 4 rooms are there in the basement of an Apartment. Damp rooms always smell bad, which no body has any solution. Strictly not recommend

Its in narrow basment...too much smelling rooms bcoz of no vantilation. noisey fans...no room service...avilable..rest is ok..

I stayed at room no 105 on 16/10/2021 .Very good amnesties at very affordable price just 1 suggestion for the owner please do something for the air ventilation there is a very hectic situation without ventilation
