Super Hotel O Royal Regency Palace

Stupid up service and staff. We booked a room through booking, communicated with the hotel owner in advance. Upon arrival, it turns out that they do not accommodate foreigners. I ask why they did not write to me about this earlier? They saw that my name is not Indian. They also asked me to pay for the room in advance, to which I explained that we are from Russia, our cards do not work abroad, and asked if we can pay for the stay in cash. To which I was told yes. Very bad service. Do not stay here EVER!

I stay in this hotel with my friend for 2 days . hotel location is very peaceful. Room was cleaned and hygienic. hotel staff was co-operative and specially Mr. Shivam rai very nice person and helpful .thanx to all hotel management.
