Super Hotel O Kalpna Inn

I stayed there for two days and two nights. Location is not far from the main medical college road. Location was good. AC will not work if there is no electricity. I mean they don't have power backup for inverter. DON'T STAY HERE IF IT'S NOT URGENT Experience was really bad. Staff seems very rude. They will not talk to you softly. They were only looking to charge some extra money in every service which they could provide. They will ask you to pay lesser than the app or equal to that amount and they will change your booking status to some other hotel and eventually they will cancel it. In short, they are making use of oyo platform to get customer only.

Property is very near to the main road. Rooms are good in size. But few rooms are very compact and too small for couple to stay. Bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Manager/Receptionist seems to be typical. I booked 3 double bed AC rooms and pre-paid also. But, during checkin, he started negotiating with me to adjust in 2 large rooms instead of 3 booked. I was denied straight away and till now couldn't understand why he did like that? Rooms need to be properly cleaned. Lots of dust and hair in the room. This is the first property I came across who didn't provide a complementary water bottle for the guests on arrival. No Wifi in the second floor. These three reasons made me reduce 1 Star. Else, the property is eligible for 5 Star rating. Floor cleaning is utmost important which is lacking. OYO management can look into my comments and take necessary steps to overcome the deficiencies.

It's a very bad place to stay bcz rooms are too small and the bathrooms are not clean, the floor is dirty
