"WORST HOTEL EVER! Don't Stay Here!" I had the absolute worst experience at Paliwal Paradise. I booked a room two days in advance, yet when I arrived, they claimed they were "fully booked" and had given my room to someone else who paid extra. The staff was incredibly rude, unapologetic, and clearly more interested in making a quick profit than honoring bookings. They showed no respect for their customers and treated me as if I was an inconvenience for expecting the room I had already reserved. This place is a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was met with dismissive attitudes and zero accountability. Do yourself a favor--stay anywhere else. This hotel doesn't care about its guests or its commitments, only about squeezing more money from anyone who walks in the door. Worst experience at any hotel I've ever been to!

Mom Blowing Staff!! My initial stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms and service were exceptional, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable with high-quality arrangements. A standout feature was the dinner, which offered a diverse range of food options, particularly for vegetarians, while non-vegetarian dishes were available upon request. Additionally, liquor is served during dinner for those who wish to have it. As the hotel is newly opened, the rooms and fittings are pristine and well-maintained.

There is no room service, they don't provide you any towels or soap or even handwash so you can use the washroom.

Nice stay staff was too much cooperative and helpful everyone's behavior was polite they are humble and behave like 5 star hotel,Had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The service was top-notch, and the amenities were great. Will definitely be back,i recommended everyone to visit there.

I had very bad experience at this place. The Staff were very greedy the charged extra amount of 20 min early check in. I reached at 11:40 am. Although there is a complimentary between 10am-12 check in time yet the charged. Very good place don't stay there

Genuine review from my side is that,, If you have already paid then, while visiting the premises receptionist will ask you should not pay the amount online. And customer is thinking that if I would already pay during booking having in mind that oyo provide me good AC room. But when you visit it will be not like that. He will say AC room is not available currently or will give you small room where AC is not properly working. If u complain that then he will give sympathy to change later. But as you know this not the way ki like u r changing the room whole day. I don't know from where this hotel has got 4.7 rating(1800 review) who are the irresponsible guy that give him awesome review and write better place to stay.
