At 1600 a night the room is not worth it. Wash basin is leaking, one can feel the hostility in the services offered. Mosquitoes are the only constant in here, hygiene and general cleanliness is out of subject topica for them, in rooms and in restaurant also. About food, the prices and the quantity as per the price is good but one would struggle to find the taste and authenticity, and still won't get the taste.

I visited after the hotel was renovated, so I suggest people to ignore the old reviews. I was travelling solo, looking for a hotel within 1,300-2,000 at a walking distance to the railway station. This was the ONLY decent hotel I could find in the area. I looked at several others in the area, including Neelkanth and Orchid. This one was without comparison the BEST. It was very clean -- hope they are able to maintain it like this! Everything worked properly. The people were very helpful! Best thing: it was right opposite Gate #1 of the railway station.

It was a terrible experience to have stayed in this guest house. Your team available to take care of servicing is pathetic and most irresponsible. When asked for a boy while checking out in early morning, there was an abrupt reply - no boy is available. As regards Saffron restaurant, it was another pathetic experience. First in my life time, I took soup without pepper, fried bread pieces and salt. The serving team of restaurant did not even know that pepper, fried bread pieces and salt to be served alongwith soup. Will never visit again nor refer to my friends. Both the teams to be completely changed to get a fresh fame, else it would turn to be a turmoil. Extremely sorry for such a negative feedback. Please appreciate and take necessary action.

BAHUT HI BURA BEHAVIOUR HAI MORNING RECEPTIONIST KA. CHECK OUT TIME IS VERY DANGEROUS. CHECK IN TIME AND CHECK OUT TIME IS SAME WHERE OTHER NEARBY HOTELS ARE HAVING 12 PM CHECK OUT TIME.

My stay is of 10 night in the hotel.The location is very good.walking distance from gorakhpur station.Neat and clean room's.Staff is very good. I think there is no hotel in this locality which is better than hotel Shivam guest House
