I had my engagement function at Royal Residency, Gorakhpur, and the experience exceeded all expectations. The ambience was absolutely stunning, creating the perfect setting for our special day. The decor was beautifully done and added to the charm of the event. Rakesh handled all the bookings with great professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring everything was well-coordinated. Jaswant Ji also provided excellent service, making the entire event seamless. The food was exceptionally delicious, and all my relatives couldn't stop praising its taste and quality. Every dish was well-prepared, enhancing the overall experience. I never expected to find such amazing hotel service in Gorakhpur, but Royal Residency truly impressed me. Without a doubt, I would love to host any future family functions here again!

One of the best hotels in the city of gorakhpur. Prime location, best service, tasty food and good rooms make this hotel the best. Halls and dining areas are one of the best in the city.

One of the worst and uncomfortable experiences so far amongst all the places visited. They don't have geyser installed and no basic necessities like bucket, mug, clean washrooms etc. please work on your hospitality standards. Room is small and the cleanliness is miserable. I hope you do better.

Stayed 2nd time here in room number 112 for official work. Except service and location nothing was good. First of all the room size was very tiny, it was less than 10*10, second TV placed on the upper side of the wall and third washroom was not good. Lots of noise from upper side and outside of room is common. There was no window in room. Provide amenities & linen was good and comfortable. They don't have their own parking lot, municipal parking space is available on the opposite side of the hotel, staff will help you and no parking charges will be taken.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had! I booked Hotel Royal Residency through the Adani One app, but when I arrived, the receptionist rudely claimed there was no booking. Even after showing proof of my reservation, they continued to be dismissive and completely unprofessional. Their behavior was nothing short of disgusting! After wasting my time and energy arguing, another staff member finally stepped in and said I could check in. But by then, the damage was done. How dare a hotel treat their guests with such disrespect? The receptionist's attitude was appalling and totally unacceptable. This place has zero professionalism, zero hospitality, and zero customer service. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you enjoy being insulted and frustrated. An absolute disgrace!

One of the best hotel in gorakhpur, homely atmosphere, Mr Arun ji and Kamlesh ji are the Best person and all hotel staffs are very good in nature.... I recommend it to everyone
