Radisson Blu Hotel, Gorakhpur

We had a good and warm experience. Our whole family stayed for 3 days. Every point of service was superb. We came frm Kerala and we had a homely feel.. Restaurant food was yummy. South indian dishes was so tasty and we had a homely feel.. Thank you shef Mr Sandeep and the whole team.. We will never forget those 3 days.. We were in a heaven...

The great kabab factory has great variety of food like subz gaulti kabab, crispy baby corn & panner khada masala . Enjoyed & loved the food. Ms. Vaishnavi is very helpful and kind staff. Had a really great time. Loved the hospitality !! Pls do visit this restaurant in Radisson blu.

The trip was hectic and was pleased when I checked in the hotel in evening. The 8th floor room facing lake was not only spacious but super cleanand organised. In room food was exceptionally good, however breakfast has room for improvement. Location and parking was also superb. Was pleased to stay in Radisson Gorakhpur.

Excellent Food and Service. |They serve authentic Mughlai and Awadhi cuisine. |Kebabs are mouthwatering .|They have good choice of vegetarian and non vegetarian options.|It's my favorite restaurants coming regularly with my family and friends

"Dear Radisson Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel from 19/04/25 to 21/04/24 and had a [negative] experience. The room was clean but some of the lights of rooms and washroom are not working. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The pickup and drop service was not available for airport if any people is coming from other state and they don't know your local language so how they will arrange and the reception employee they have charge me the some other miscellaneous amount that the towel I have use for hair dry that from my hair colour has appear on that towel that charges also they have included I have booked high rise floor for superior lake view room but for fully vacant they have given me the 2nd floor room it is really very disgusting If again I visit to Gorakhpur I never choose Radisson blu. Its only they have taken the fame of name but now the five star policies and I never suggest any of my friend and family member to visit Radisson blu of Gorakhpur Thank you and I hope to see changes in the future.

There are some basic flaws which should not be in a five star hotel, listing here for improvements: 1) we stayed for 4 days and there was no hot water in taps...on further investigation i found there is a issue of hot water in this hotel for a long time and it is not getting resolved. 2) Hand wash bottle , shower gel etc. were empty and they did not refilled it even after request , we ordered for towels but they said towels are not ready yet. 3) There was no instructor or guard at pool area...moreover pool was not that clean too ...they usually arrange functions pool side ,making it unusable. 4) Service is very slow , they need multiple reminders....no proactive approach of housekeeping staff However ...Rooms were big and clean and it's located near ramgarh Taal.

One of the shi*tiest 4/5* property ever visited ...||Attached pictures **|Room linen wasn't washed properly, could see hair and marks on the sheets, pillows. ||In rook sofa was the dirtiest of all .||Room cleanliness Room was stained at multiple places and i didn't like the overall cleanliness ||Washroom Hair drier was broken and didn't work properly. ||Breakfast buffet Too many options to chose but all looked stale and there were flies all over the counters ||IRD Very unprofessional and inefficient F&B staff couldn't understand instructions and same weren't followed while preparing food . No one was aware of the radisson rewards benefits for guests. Trays for carrying food weren't cleaned for years. |Almost half pf the continental and Lebanese options weren't available.||Reception Smooth check in experience
