Very nice place to stay! Rooms clean, perfect service, good location. I recommend this place

Didn't like the stay here. There were some suspicious issues with the room, where there was no room at first, only option is to upgrade with more money. When I reminded them that I confirmed two times before coming, the room magically appeared. Room was fine, floor was dirty, sheets were dirty, asked to change them and they did.

My stay here was great, the rooms were cozy, it's located in a residential area, so the surroundings are quite calm and relaxing. The staff were excellent and friendly, I forgot my id card in the hotel while checking out, but the owner came all the way to the bus station just to handover my belongings, a very nice gesture from his side, highly appreciated. It's a new hotel, so the team is trying their best to serve us, which left me satisfied. Note - the google location marker is incorrect. I tried to edit it, but don't know why google is taking so long to review it. Anyways, once you reach the location either call the owners mobile no. Or ask for the house no. 261, I'm sure the locals would guide you towards the correct property or please refer to the photos of the property I have attached below.

Great location, pleasant stay and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. The hotel is newly built so everything is in perfect condition. We loved the decor of the room and lobby area.

It is regret to submit that Booked through booking .com for 3 days from 8.10.2023. Property Called me to cancel and asked payment directly by reducing GST. I paid advance Rs. 2250 and booked 4 rooms for 8 members. On checked in paid entire Rs. 6851/-. Joined the rooms. No AC, No ventilation, No drinking water. Our room under iron tin sheets with no sealing fan. On request stand fan with wall mounted fan was there. They didn't allow sit in reception sofa also. Asked them to advise for drinking water, they didn't responded. Even not allowing wash areas. Don't depend on them for any assistance. Even they don't have auto/cab contact. We suffered a lot. Stay there one day only loosing 2 days charges. They didn't returned. We moved to comfortable accommodation. Since last 20 years I didn't face any problem except this rooms. They treated us as free travellers. It is not good for family tipe.

Stayed there for 2 days(AC room)... -Well behaved and helpful staff (Thank you Mridul bhai) -Loved the interior of the room -Room was well maintained and well furnished. -Clean bathroom -Food was tasty (Pocket friendly rates) -Located 5km away from Gorakhpur station

It's wrost place to stay. The rooms are unclean and untidy.washroom doesn't even have handwash and soap.Also on website they show double room set with 2 adults but it was actually a single bed. Highy unprofessional owner .Tea taste like warm water sip. Overall a third class hotel.
