Prince Guest House | Comfortable Accommodation in Taramandal

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this establishment. The staff, especially the manager, demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism. Despite clearly requesting an official GST bill (which is standard and legally required for business reimbursements), I was deliberately denied one. Instead, I was handed an unofficial bill that excluded GST details. When I asked for the correct invoice, the manager was evasive and eventually refused to provide it--despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount including GST. This dishonest practice is not only unethical but also potentially illegal, as it indicates possible tax evasion. Due to their refusal to provide the proper bill, I am now unable to get this expense reimbursed by my company, and have had to bear the cost from my own pocket. Such fraudulent behavior and poor service should not be tolerated. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this place, and I hope the concerned authorities take appropriate action.

Pathetic management and worst services. They change there managers as per there own requirement and then run away from there commitments. Don't even give complementary water bottle for drinking to there guests. Not at all good for family. Poor room service. Don't even change the bedsheets. No one is there for cleaning of rooms

great stay, and amazing place, polite staff and clean rooms, good to go with family or friends, the rooms were good and cosy. the rooms were not that expensive too and we had a great time. i would definitely stay here again if i came back to gorakhpur
