I don't want to give even 1 star. The hotel, room, manager everything is worst. They only want your money. We stayed for only 3 hrs and they charged 1800 rs. They Don't have mattresses. No water in toilet. They don't have hot water for bath. And specifically the manager is psycho. He is very rude and aggressive. We asked the manager for toilet water, towels, mattresses, but he haven't helped Us for even single thing. He just said we don't have it, that's it. I don't know why they charge 1800 for only 3hrs. Please don't go with the family in this hotel.

Best for couples.... privacy system was best .... Must visit once..

Stayed for couple of nights with family. It's one of worst hotel experience I had. The TV was not working,so we informed manager. He spoke rudely and mishehaved. He was telling us to contact different guy to get it fixed. Also, water supply went out in my morning. When asked they said power outage. It's one star hotel.

Good hotel at reasonable price.. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and else everything is good here.. They also offer room delivery of breakfast, lunch and dinner from the menu they have.. However, they bring food items from outside.. The only that can disappoint you is television. If you are a keen television viewer then you would be disappointed as they have free dish channels in their televisions...

Had a great stay for 2 days. Room had a modern look with a comfy bed, mini sofa and a TV. toilets were very clean. Management has done a great job renovating the place. Would definitely stay again.

Read the reviews and was very confused by looking at the pictures. as it was beneficial for me to stay at this premise due to the location so I decided to book first visit the place and then make the payment. The manager Amit at the reception is very professional and showed me the rooms. The rooms are beyond my expectations, very clean and hygienic and all my needs were taken care of by the staff. Got to know by the manager Amit that the whole place got renovated. So I highly recommend this hotel as its in the heart of the city and clean.

The manager named Deepak Pandey is so rude in behaviour and they asked extra rs 2000 for one guest.and said that his boss is telling him these things.because of this manager,I will not prefer this hotel for the next time visit. Manager told to give the phone to him,so that he can do review,when I denied they just used some abusive words. My overall experience was so bad which can't be explained in some words. Very poor manager.

Too much bad staff in Front office department. FO staff behavior is too much rudely and she don't have any sense to how can talk with any guest. And by the FO department specialy a girl who take the any call ,she don't have manners for how to talk with anyone.my experience is too bad so I suggest please don't stay here you have more options in nearby properties
