I stayed at this hotel with my friend for one night, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel has a very upscale feel, and the amenities are definitely high-end. One of the standout features was the soundproofing in the rooms - it effectively blocked out most of the outside noise, making for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The staff were professional and attentive, and the overall ambiance of the property was welcoming and luxurious. The room itself was spotless, with a comfortable bed and modern furnishings. The attention to detail, from the complimentary toiletries to the well-designed lighting, really added to the experience. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to the area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and quality!

After a pleasant enough check-in, the next morning, I received persistent harassment from the reception person, the likes of which I have never received even a fraction of in any other hotel I've stayed in, expensive or cheap, in my whole life. At about 8:15, I was jolted out of a deep sleep by a call from reception. I had not requested a wake-up call. What on earth?! I took the phone off the hook, but by that time I was awake, no matter how much I might have wanted more sleep. After a little time, I rang back, asking why I had been disturbed and was told, "M'am, your breakfast order." Angrily, I hung up. Shortly after, the same fool from reception came ringing my door bell. I had to get dressed, go to the door, and yell at him to go away. You might have thought that angrily yelling would be enough to send the message that I did NOT want to be disturbed. I certainly thought I'd made myself clear, but apparently I hadn't done enough to get the message across. A little later, again this rampant idiot came and rang my doorbell, at which time I just yelled loudly through the door for him to go away. I then rang reception to complain to the manager (who I was told would come at 10), and so I angrily expressed that if I got one more phone call or doorbell harrassment, I would be calling the Gorakhpur Police. I think threatening to call the police was finally enough to get my "leave me alone" message across. I have never received treatment like this before in any hotel stay. A hotel is not a prison or concentration camp where the guards make cruel demands of the inmates, is it? It's supposed to be a place of rest and hospitality, right? If their kitchen staff fanatically demand breakfast orders by a certain time, why not ask the guest at check-in for their breakfast order, and what time they wish it to be delivered? That would make sense! The previous night, after check-in, I was told that breakfast is between 8:00 and 10:30. Nothing was said about a deadline for orders. My god, why did I need to be deprived of sleep at 8:15, and subsequently harrassed further, when the breakfast time was until 10:30? LEAVE GUESTS ALONE IN THE MORNING! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO "DO NOT DISTURB"? 1 star from me! In the end, I put in my breakfast order at about 9:30, as I was always capable of doing unbidden. What did all the harrassment achieve but major aggravation? I sent an email complaint and received an apologetic reply from the manager, but when I called him, it became clear that all he wanted was to butter me up to prevent a 1-star review. Well, the way to get a decent review is to treat your guests' wishes with respect, isn't it? EPIC FAIL! 1 STAR!

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Hotel Marius Inn served delicious food and drinks. The location was perfect.

I recently visited Marius Inn Hotel in Gorakhpur with 30 pax groups, which also features a , and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The banquet hall is spacious, well-lit, and decorated to perfection, making it an ideal venue for weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and ample parking space. The staff at Marius Inn were extremely professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. From check-in to event coordination, everything was handled seamlessly. The banquet hall team ensured smooth arrangements, and the hotel staff provided impeccable service throughout our stay. The hotel offers well-furnished, comfortable rooms equipped with modern amenities. Additionally, their in-house catering serves a delicious variety of cuisines, making the dining experience truly memorable. And Special thanks to Mr. Vivek ji, who arranged snacks for 30 pax at the last minute. It's really helpful. One of the highlights was the food! The chefs prepared an exquisite menu with a variety of dishes that were flavorful and well-presented. Whether it was the buffet or a la carte dining, everything was served fresh and to perfection. My experience at Marius Inn was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of luxury, comfort, and excellent service.

One of the best places to stay in GKP... not far from railway station, enjoyed my stay... the room was beautiful,clean and cozy. Food prices are very accurate and food is also good in taste and quality. Stayed for 2 nights and totally worth it. Don't think much... you can go for it without any doubt

I had party in banquet hall , I had good experience here , they have nice room specials there bed is comfortable. All I can say Most beautiful hotel in Tara Mandal

Lift got stucked where in a small 1 year old baby along with other family members were stucked,when asked to resolve the same,they said they cannot do anything,we will have to wait till the power comes as they dont have the backup system, further the staff misbehaved and there was no geysers availability in the rooms in this winter season, also at the time of checkout they argued that we had stolen the things from the rooms. Never ever prefer to stay in this hotel,highly not recommended.

Worst experience.. Our family including a one year child got stuck in the lift. We called but the office staff replied in a very bad manner " jb tk laaitt nhiiN aa jaatii hm kuch nhiiN kr skte " After around 15 mins somehow we from inside opened the door...When we complained, the manger or the owner kind of started threatening us only..They were almost ready to bash us... Apart from this neither the Gyzer was working, nor the AC. They dint have spare glass and no one in the staff was welcoming. Rooms are new but very small size rooms. So if you are local and can fight them up, then only you can think of going to this hotel.
