Rooms are good. Price are reasonable but location is almost good but inside a gully . Reception area helpful. I think u should be give a chance if you want good hotel in best price in main city of Gorakhpur. If you big 4 wheelers u should visit location then book. Check online price. They r showing very good pictures of Hotel on Internet. Dont know who has given rating of 5stars to this Hotel. As reality is something else. Hotel is n Golghar area, heart of Gorakhpur, but very much inside the lanes. No use of Google Maps. U hv to bring car n Golghar and walk down to find out d lane wherein Hotel is located. Rooms very small. Difficult to move inside. Reception staff good but housekeeping Staff below average. They would not even clean the Rooms inspite of informing them. Dental Kits or Bathroom Sleepers not provided which r essentials for Business travelers. Breakfast average. Time provided is 8.00 am onwards, but u start getting breakfast after 8.45am. If u wanna go out for work, better not to rely upon Hotel and hv ur breakfast outside itself. I short. If u hv options then u can book better Hotels elsewhere n Gorakhpur by giving same amount. Not worth for money what v r paying.

It was a very bad experience at this hotel, The receptionist guy was extremely rude and he started fighting with me when I asked him to provide the room before 1 hour of my check-in time and he asked for 300 rupees for providing the room before time. I also booked breakfast from make my trip but they fight with me for breakfast money, in short they are trying to loot you in every possible way. It's not at all safe for families, couple and solo travelers as per my experience. The location was so awful, it was full of garbage around hotel (Tons of garbage with lots of flies) and this hotel is located just behind a meet shop which added another awful and bad smell experience. The food quality was extremely bad. Too small room at 2500 bucks. They don't have sense of hospitality. They need to provide good training to their staffs before giving them job. I wish I booked another hotel instead of this, even a dharamshala would work better than this hotel. All you need in a hotel is good room and nice people around whereas I had terrible experience in all the ways. If you're seeing this review it's a warning please do t go for this cheap third class hotel. Try other hotels nearby.

Pathetic location. It's so interior that it is very difficult for a vehicle to reach or to come out. Bad parking location. I had to cancel my booking after reaching the location. Note: Didn't get my refund.

Stayed here for one night in room 208.||Check-in was very straightforward and didn't take long with the staff taking care of most of the form while I filled in the minimum required. I was taken up to my room on the second floor via the lift, although there are stairs too.||The room had a double bed, with a thick mattress which was medium to soft, which is quite soft by Indian standards. There was a desk and chair to work on, although the placement of the best made having the chair at the desk slightly awkward. There's Wifi throughout the hotel, so at least guests can do some work. The room had a ceiling fan, which I kept on anytime I was in the room as Gorakhpur was hot by British standards. The blanket was thick. I'm sure it would've been good for an Indian, but it was too thick for the weather for a Scot. The fan made it comfortable to sleep though. The walls of the room had quite a lot of scuff marks and could probably do with a repaint, although it was nothing dramatic.||The bathroom was fairly standard, functional and clean. The shower worked well with hot water readily available. Liquid soap was also supplied at the basin.||Breakfast was part of the booking and starts at 8.30, late by Indian standard. When I went up to the restaurant at 8.35, breakfast was not ready. Nothing had been prepared and I had to wander around the restaurant floor to find out what was happening. When the dishes did arrive, it was some kind of potato dish, puri and chai.All the food tasted fine.||Location wise, the hotel is located on a side street, slightly hidden from the main road which is very busy. This was a good thing as I found it quiet. It's also about 1.5 km to the main train station and main bus stand in the city. Walkable if you're determined to do so.||Overall, I had a good stay. The front office staff are excellent and provide excellent service. I can't say the same about the kitchen staff. The room could do with a refresh, but at this price point, it was good value for money.

Lot of hotel I have viird in my life but this is the most worst hotel of the world. Don't think to stay at this hotel in night dream also. The biggest thing is hotel manager is big lier.
