Hotel Savvy Ganges

Loved it Inside Interiors works are too good. I had lunch with my friends, it was very good. The hospitality is very good. I would recommend everyone to visit here. If you come to Gorakhpur then definitely come here for lunch and dinner.

The new updated Ganges is very nice and offers great spicy and very very delicious food, it is good for family, the Sofa here is very nice, its separates others from you. The ambience of the restaurant could be much better. The Hakka noodle made here is the best in the City. The only negative as it is situated at a place where parking is a mess. It also has banquet hall that can accommodate 200 + people.

Old messy infrastructure, not maintained at all. The whole building including rooms has foul smell. Taps and showers are very old and mostly in non-working condition. Location is in middle of street, where you can hear 24 hrs honking of vehicles. If you are getting this room in 1000-1500, then only you can consider else dont consider it at all.

Hotel was good. Rooms having all facilities. Survice also good. In one room current was flowing through piping. It may be due to water heater. Please rectify it. Overall good experience.

We had 8 rooms booked, some of the rooms smelled urine. My worst hotel experience till date. I think so. Pros - Location is near to airport and also close to railway station Staff is raw and untrained but attends to your problems (the lower staff was good) Cons - truly bad rooms, unhygenic, unclean washrooms, old infra No parking, and very unclean kitchens :( Rooms - 1 star Staff - 2.5 stars Cleanliness - 1 star

Interior was nice but services wasn't supportive to all kind of customers...... Staff was slow and not so cooperative.. Quality and taste of food wasn't so impressive... Main course was good. Room services are good but according to me restaurant is not suitable for families or girls to hang out.. They serves liquor but didn't ensure that some of their known clients were creating nuisance to their other customers.... That was very disappointing ... This place is suitable for boys to hangout with friends....
