Location is a concern. If you are going Gorakhpur for the first time avoid this place as the location is really complex. Lack of public transport is also a concern though the Hotel Managers use to guide you properly & if needed they stay on call for your entire journey to ensure you reach there safely. But if they extend Pick & Drop facility it will be great .

The prices they quoted was higher than what it was showing online and after I called them to ask for pricing they blocked out those dates that I was asking and said to find other hotel

I booked this hotel for my guests who were invited for my engagement and trust me it was the best decision. The hotel rooms were not only neat and clean but the personal touch given by Manager Mr Pradeep is beyond imagination. I was extremely relaxed at my end after just one interaction with him and he managed it all. I am extremely happy with the service. It is highly recommended!!!!

Rooms were very small, No hot water in washrooms, they have taken water conservation too seriously that they expect you can survive 2 days in half ltr water bottle, whether you drink or make tea out of it. Its location is not easy to reach, narrow lanes, cab drivers are not able to reach hotel. Amenities are also poor, you cant get anything around this property, have to walk 400 mtr out to the main road even for a cup of tea.

Dont go per the location probably one of the best in budget hotel. Great hospitality, welcoming and friendly staff cherry on the top was food which was awesome. If in Gorakhpur would definitely consider rebooking it
