We stayed at this property recently and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is around 30 years old, so it naturally shows some age and can't really be compared to newly built ones. That said, the owner has clearly made an effort to maintain it. We stayed in the Queen's Suite, which had two rooms -- one with a bed, TV, and attached bathroom, and the other set up as a small sitting area with a sofa, center table, and a fridge. The AC in the bedroom worked fine, but unfortunately the one in the sitting area wasn't functional during our stay. One issue we faced was with room service. We had ordered paneer paratha and tea for breakfast, but it took nearly 95 minutes to be delivered. To add to that, just 10 minutes after the food arrived, we were suddenly informed by the manager that we had only 30 minutes to vacate the room. This was quite abrupt and felt unprofessional, especially without any prior notice. We did share this feedback at the reception. It's a decent option if you're okay with older properties and just need a basic, reasonably comfortable stay -- but there's definitely room for improvement in service and communication.

No star at all it is all in negative. They are the looters, charge extra tariff for a single day. Rooms are not good at all. Service is very poor. In last during checkout they harassed customer and take money. It's my last visit to this hotel.

After check in, I found that water is not coming in bathroom. When I complained to counter, response was disappointed and behaviour was rude. Thereafter, I left the hotel immediately.

Cheaters. My first review was 4 stars as I stayed there 1 week last year and it was good. But this year I stayed several days again, then they found a way to make me pay 2 times the room cost for only 1 day, for a very stupid reason. Okay guys successfully got 1600 extra from me but they loose me as custommer so I will not come back in October and simply never come back there again.. Money suckers

Hotel staff good. Room Bathroom are pathetic. Don't book the room without seeing the room physically. Don't believe hotel at any time or any situation.

It's is very best and beautiful hotel

This hotel is the worst hotel ever, everything like gyser,fridge,cooler, are all just a show but nothing works and is leaking and broken...The bed arrangements ,mat,pillow are all dirty and not cleaned..Very bad room service and not that great food... So for my side this is the worst hotel I've ever been too...

Back before 2010 ..the hotel was counted in one of the good hotels...but now the condition is pretty worse . The rooms are not up to the mark . The hotel has its own restaurant which has a good space for dine in . But even the restaurant doesn't suits the taste pallet anymore .
