Hotel Park Regency

Located at Prime location on civil lines road beside Dominos. Sevices and food quality are not so good. But ambience is good. Lots of parking area. Washrooms are not clean. The hotel must look into the service section.

Right from the Reception staff to restaurant staffs all are just rude and make uncomfortable environment. As i was with a female companion i faced so many bad experience in this hotel, When i was at reception they asked some documents and after providing the documents they photocopy the wrong page and after one hour they called me and instantly pointing as it was my fault and telling me to bring the documents again to the reception otherwise they have to cancel my booking even it was paid When we went to the food section for dinner all the staffs just have no interest in serving or taking any order. After so much of wait we get the dinner which we order then almost all the staffs were standing near to us as there was no more work left for the, and they continuously staring at my female partner, When she mentioned that "how can i eat properly especially when all staffs are continuously staring at me" Then i looked back and they start looking here and there and commenting like "she have to dance for some cheap song and will be famous instantly " Even i asked then what happened why you guys are starting at us, they don't bother to answer and completely ignore and started laughing, Even at front desk counter there was a drunk man continuously asking, " tum ladki k saath kya karvraha hai" I ignored him because he was drunk but the receptionist and all staff there just started laughing . So i dont recommended to anyone with family or female partners to this hotel until they change their old staffs and their manners as they seems like they are the owners

Nice ambience but wash basin could be better. Loved Chicken chilli. But there should have been an option to order half as well because a full is too much for a single person, so if you are planning to visit, make sure to go in a group.

20 minutes and no one came to server. Worst service by the waiters and the supervisor Mr. Siddiqui also shows no concern.

Added Dal Makhni from Swiggy and it was yuck. It had just 2 ingredients Oil and Dal. It was floating all over. No butter just cheap oil felt like vomiting after eating. Same was with the lacha paratha. Worst dal makhni ever.

Your resturant plates are very dirty and smely please change it and service is not good waiter are not experienced and mosquito was there in table

It was a one night stay. Prices are reasonable, all the service person was very good. Food was simple but good. Breakfast needs to progress and to complying with food safety it has to be keeping hot which wasn't ( it was keeping in danger Zone(below 40.C) Room wasn't clean, bed was not freshly done. Service staff are very good but no leadership to drive the team to job done. Need to focus on cleaning and hygiene.
