Hotel Krishna Palace

My recent stay at Hotel Krishna Palace in Gorakhpur was truly exceptional! The hotel's location was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gorakhpur!

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, I had my worst experience ever. 1. Not at all worth the money they charge for a single room. 2. Mosquitoes all over, there was a smell of rotten fish when we entered in the SUPER DELUXE ROOM. 3. Staff not at all co-operative, casual attitude with a rough tone. After checking out from the hotel, around 2-3 waiters were expecting me to give a tip. 4, Intercom phone was not working,had to give multiple reminders to the reception & finally 2 hours before checkout the phone was replaced. 5. Apart from the location of this hotel, nothing is good.AVOID booking rooms at this hotel & save money. 6. Informed waiters to make the room , but no luck :( The room was still unclean. 7. The bathrooms were full of dust & used towels as though it looked like no one has stayed in those rooms since ages! 8. Asked for WiFi password, but none of them knew the password! Finally, the receptionist could help with a correct one on the 2nd day. 9. On both days, the menu for breakfast was the same which is highly not acceptable, when asked for the reason of the same breakfast, we got a reply that cheff is new & staff is less due to which this problem has occurred.

Worst hotel. I booked this hotel for my daughter's wedding. Worst decision of my life. Managers of this hotel is total fraud and culprit. They will not show their face after receiving money. Banquet hall was full of mosquitos and attended was not taking any responsibility. 4-5 members of my home caught malaria. Geyser was not working, toilet was flooded and hotel owner was not taking any responsibility. Because of this we booked Grand Inn hotel nearby for our guest. Please don't ever book this hotel for any purpose. The managers here are the crook and thief.

stayed at Homans Krishna Palace on 2nd March. I liked it very much. The hotel and the staff are also very good. The facilities have become much better than before. The room is also quite big. Along with breakfast, I got it for very less money. When I checked the reviews, I thought that the hotel is not good, but then I thought let's check it out once. When I went there and talked to the staff, I felt that a lot has changed since before. Himansh Gorup has taken it over.

Pathetic hotel... Please please don't book this hotel for any occasion. I mistakenly booked the banquet hall and rooms for my sister's marriage. Toilet's flush were not working, room service was 1 hour delayed. There were Cockroaches in every rooms. Banquet hall was full of mosquitos ...guest quit the hotel room and booked nearby hotels for their stay. People here were not taking any responsibilities. Lifts were not working and people stuck in lift. Please don't waste your money here in booking.

Don't take it. You will suffer. Horrible experience ever. Unclean, mismanaged, insects in bathroom/toilet and powercut. I walked in room and saw unclean towel at bathroom floor with clump of hair probably of previous guests. The staff who helped me move in tried to cover the clump with his feet. He left rightway, probably he could feel that it is dirty and I am going to ask him for a cleaning. Floor was dirtly. Hygiene issues in bathroom. Taps, shower heads are dirty. You don't want to touch them. In absence of shower curtains, water spills all around. Toilet seat is the worst part. Broken and small that you are almost seating without a seat. I did not use it. I used my personal towels. The staff is unprofessional.
