The biggest downside of this hotel is rooms. Their rooms are like a cheap lodge and i would not bring my family to it. I had paid around 2500/- for an AC room and booked through make my trip. In my room, condition was bad. Wallpapers were torn off. No hot water in bathroom. You have to request them and then they will manually give you hot water to take bath . They also don't provide you any toiletries like towel , toothpaste , brush etc. Just a small soap bar to wash hands. Now, I had read these reviews and still decided to go to book this hotel because of location and I was travelling alone and had to stay for a day only. But in the end , I think next time , i will book some other hotel even if it a bit far. This hotel was just not acceptable based on price charged. I would rather take hotel at little distance and book and auto to come to railway station.

The hotel is situated just opposite the railway station which is the best thing. Its a pocket friendly hotel with an restaurant and bar. Most of the rooms needs proper maintenance and upkeep. The washrooms are a bit dirty. They should look into improving this first. The floors need to sweeped regularly to give the hotel a decent look. The management is though quick to resolve your problems and the food they cook is very delicious, wholesome, value for money. The service of the staff is quick and they are pretty well mannered.

Upon arrival I was told that there were no rooms available- even though I had a confirmed and paid online booking. It took a long time before a room finally got arranged. The room was in poor quality bed linen and bathroom were not clean. I spotted mice in the room. All in all very poor value for money, the only convenient thing is the walking distance location from the railway station.

Don't judge the hotel by old reviews and pictures posted years ago. The rooms are in pathetic condition, the linen and blankets have an unbearable awful smell and the washrooms are at par with the standard of a sulabh shauchalaya. Consider booking a room here if you have plan for a short stay only.

We booked on Goibibo. When we arrived, they told us that they didn't have any rooms available and that we had to cancel our confirmed booking. Which is unacceptable. But we had already paid via Goibibo and cancellation was not possible anymore. So then they suddenly decided to still give us a room. However, there were mice in the room and there was black fungus on the walls. When I told them, they gave me a different room (so apparently there were rooms available...). In the new room there were also mice and fungus, but less, so I was happy with the shift. Overall, a bad quality hotel.

Deluxe room was quite big. Not very clean, indeed blankets were not changed. No hot water is available, TV was not working. Staff tried to help even if they don't speak very good English. Good position, just between train and bus stations. Good price compared to the avarage hotels in the area.

Nice hotel. Nice behaviour of staff members. Hotel is very near to Railway station as well as Bus Stand. Best for family. No Privacy issues, Privacy full maintain. Prices are not too much high. Overall it's nice hotel.

Very poor service. Manager has no manners. They take all the money in advance no matter how many days you're residing. They asked me 200/- advance (when I came back from dinner) which was left for the next consecutive day, even when I asked to pay at morning, coz I didn't had cash in hand then too the manager denied me so had to pay via googlepay. I went almost everywhere in India and no hotel asked to pay the full amount in advance. They all make the bills at the time of checkout.They haven't even give a single water bottle to us for free, like every other hotel does. We had to ask for the hand wash soap as well. Very unhygienic washroom. It's our blunder mistake to take room here.
