Hotel Gautam Inn & Saffron banquet

Very bad hotel, there is a strange smell in the room, the bathrooms are so dirty, what should I say, no responsibility, no service, very poor hotel.

This hotel is at a very good location. The manager and staff of their hotel are of very good nature. Here you are given complimentary breakfast with tea Their service is very fast. They change the bedsheet everyday. Cleaning, dusting in the room. And their washroom and room are very clean. AC will be available in good condition..

Pathetic experience with absolutely uncleaned room. We had to stay overnight and found this one with a local guides help. No water was provided on arrival. No towel or soap available here. Superb costly at its price. Absolutely not worthy for a penny.

Worst condition at all when I entried , even room service didn't come on time, I went to reception two time then they send cleaner .....worst experience and didn't send complimentry breakfast even I told to counter ...I stayed there 2 days

Have been the best service, with kind and welcoming staff! The breakfast and cleanliness of the room was great! Had a good stay!

Rooms are good, proper cleaning and hygiene was there and the hospitality was great at the top of that the staffs they were just awesome. If you are looking to stay in affordable price. I should suggest try this one. Its worth money.
