Pathetic customer service. While checking in the hotel around 10:45 PM. While guest would have usually travelled and exhausted, they provided keys to a room where some other guests were already there. Walked down three floors to report this, and they assigned next room and the access card didnt worked. And there is no assistance, no guilt on their faces. Making customers walk all the floors multiple times? And there is no intercom in any floor? Hotels landline and mobile numbers doesn't gets answered. So you have no choice but to walk down again and again because someone is not bothered to check the guest who is already troubled? To add up, the lifts are slower than what you see in hospitals, and no proper marking on floors. At this price i would suggest avoiding this property.

Their room service is not good They don't pay attention how much time you call them Clinliness is not good at staircase and it smells at staircase You may seen gutka peek also Their catering service and reservation staff are good but not much happy about room service

Worse experience, at this tariff they don't provide hot water. On call they said hot water can be provided in bucket. Amenities were not up to the mark. Yellow and smelly blanket.

The food is generally good--especially their non-veg chili chicken, which is delicious. However, the Kali Mirch chicken wasn't up to the mark. Overall, it's a friendly and welcoming place."

Unprofessional staff. Entire staff needs a thorough training on customer sensitivity and, professional etiquette desired in hospitality industry. Accountability, responsibility and , ownership are out of world concepts for them. Room is inadequately lit. Conference room ACs are not serviced. Untrained staff to cater to corporate clients. Only, food quality is satisfactory. Overall, a pathetic experience.

Positive- Good food and fabulous restaurant staff Negatives- Upon arrival the first person met was the front desk executive on duty, who was highly rude in both verbal as well as non verbal communication, untrained guards, no valet service, open parking with no gates, in fact car was parked between the decorations of the banquet of the hotel, rooms were filthy and stinky, dampness was visible on walls, lifts were dirty and not maintained properly a big screw was bulging out in the lift cabin, I asked for a glass and they gave me glass with branding of some liquor brand, stay there only if you want to spoil your holiday, really a bad experience, attaching images to substantiate
