I will never recommend it to anyone, not even my enemy. Worst staff members, Worst Manager (Mr. Keshav), he will speak with you in a very polite way with all atticates, but whatever you have requested to him to fix (AC cooling, Water Bottle, Bed sheet)? Nothing will reach your room. We have booked 12 rooms for the engagement party. I thank God that we just booked rooms only in this pathetic hotel and booked the engagement venue somewhere else; otherwise, these people will ruin the whole function with their zero experience of hospitality.

Worst experience at this hotel. I stayed there for 3 days but not for a single day cleaning was done in my room. Also I booked my room from Agoda and the booking was confirmed but on reaching hotel they asked me to pay 2000 more then what I payed to Agoda. Also receptionist behaviour was very rude. Overall it was very bad experience. I'll suggest not to go on the pictures provided on Google the hotel rooms and facilities are quite opposite to what they are showing.

Had a booking for 3 nights. The room was uncleaned and had cigarette smell all over it. Requested room freshner for 6 time never got one I had to use perfume as a room freshner. No wifi available they straight away said it isn't working so we wont provide password. The bathroom was uncleaned full of stains and green algae. The wardrobe was full of dust and had trash left behind by previous guests. The staff was humble but service sucked.

It is below average in terms of services as the room service is dead slow, there is no dedicated parking as the hotel starts from 1st floor, there is no in house kitchen/restaurant so you have to get it through the overpriced sagar ratna which is situated just below the hotel, there are no windows opening outside the building in deluxe rooms and the number of available TV channels is too low, in some rooms the AC doesn't work properly. The room size is a bit small though alright for premium one's, decor is good, washrooms are clean. But the main thing is pricing which is too much considering it is in Gkp but due to lack of good OYO Hotels in gkp and its prime location it becomes the obvious choice for many so sometimes the prices are more than what you'd pay for a 3 star hotel in a metro city in the heart of city, i have stayed here few times n considering the price i ll say they need to work on pricing and also improve services and quality of services and the manager needs to be bit more friendly/polite and customer satisfaction oriented than just enjoying the demand of rooms. If you are looking for an OYO near bus stop, city mall , gol ghar, gkp university then this is it other option is tulip inn, rest all are bogus or impractical or try to go for better hotels ( not OYO) through MMT if their policies match with your needs because on MMT you'll get the option of few good 3-5 star which are there in gkp thought not too many.

Filthy and dirty. Got locked up in room 208. Lock faulty. Even the hotel guys told me whether I know how to operate the hotel locks. The services are even bad. No one could provide single glass of water on arrival or even in the room. The guy whom I asked for water was himself drunk in the night. No use stating more issues.

The A.C was not cooling at all. We had to change 2 rooms and upgrade to a suite for air conditioning to finally work. The service was good though. They have to just work on maintenance of their property.

Very bad service , No Housekeeping , No professionalism although hotel is nice but service is atrocious. Not value for Money . Cheapest room is best here . If you paying for suite , that means you are going for comfort and service which isn't the case here. I did MMT booking for Suite and when reached hotel they said rooms are full so would have to wait for another 4-5 hrs. So Please confirm the room availability before checkin. extremely unsatisfied At this price you should consider other option in the city.

This is easily located on the main road. The hotel is being renovated at the moment, but the space available for stay is spic and span. The elevator takes it's own sweet time to get going. The room is a bit small for stay but nothing to complain about. Sagar Ratna restaurant attached to this is just out of the world for South Indian delicacies. Recommend this place. Parking is out in open but is guarded. So no worries on that front.
