Staff is very rude & unprofessional specially the manager, he was talking very arrogantly and rudely and was over confident of his job. Banquet food quality is very inferior compared to the restaurant so don't think of organising any function in their banquet if you like the food in the restaurant, thats what I did and got very negative feedback of food from close relatives. They don't allow decorator and any other things of your choice and will charge you 200% of everything you add to your function in banquet hall. They were asking insanely high charges for anchor in 2-3 hr function. Me and friends collective organised 5 functions in last one year and almost every function had a bad experience. They stop starters very early and do not even put counters for the starters, 2 small trollies serve the starters and hardly reaches to 25-30% of the guest. The menu is already very costly and comes with very limited options. The menu feels enough but 60-70% items are non-essential which hardly 5% people eat. Options for essential items are very limited. In one of our function they served the analogue paneer (fake paneer) and few family members vomited after the function. I would suggest to increase the budget a bit and choose Radisson Blu instead, they are very professional with real 5 star service or if you don't have extra budget choose Rangrezza 3.0, its affordable, better food, better staff. While I am happy to see Tier 1 cities like banquet in my beloved gorakhpur but Buddha Avenue disappointed me on its customer service angle. I will request owners to be more vigilant about these folks or else return on investment will be very hard in the long run. I am from the hospitality industry and happy to discuss improvements over a call if needed.

Overall a pleasant experience hosted my ring ceremony that they turned out to be Excellent in all departments. Dinner Bell restaurant serves great veg and non veg food. Very spacious restaurant with great vibes and good music. A special thanks to madhu ma'am for successful event and beautiful decoration and for all other service provided by their team members.Thank you all for making my event a grand success.

I booked buddha avenue for an engagement function.Hotel management and staff behaviour is very Rude and unprofessional, specially they are looking for an opportunity with lots of hidden terms and conditions, such as they asked to pay entire amount approx 1.6 lakh in Cash only before even starting the service even when my guest were arrived in the hotel, which was surprise to me and have to run after ATM to get this amount of cash. They only have one statement we have already committed to you which is never committed clearly or directly. Also there is no proper process which they keep on mentioning it's just on the wish of staff they will create their own process.

Overall a pleasant experience hosting my daughter's birthday party they turned out to be Excellent in all departments. Although completely a New hotel with latest state of the art assets well equipped with latest techs. Smart TVin the room is an added advantage. Dinner Bell restaurant serves great veg and non veg food. Very spacious restaurant with great vibes and good music. A special mention to madhu who did justice to her event management job and luv and other service team members who made the event a splendid one . My second visit here was quite an overwhelming experience and staff and management's efforts towards improving service experience is really to be appreciated.Thank you all for making my event a grand success.

My stay at "Buddha avenue" was nothing short of spectacular. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Clean, comfortable rooms and good food" We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning

Food is fantastic... hospitality can be improved. staff should be ready to listen to Customer n should not get irritated. rest i visit regularly with my family.

My first visit to Gorakhpur. I was booked in a pathetic hotel by mistake. Then, I came to know about this place, called and shared my state. They immediately sent a car to pick me. Smooth check-in to just make me comfortable. Excellent staff, service and cleanliness.
