Hotel Sai grand is situated in gida sector 22 it is nearby the road so the flow of the customers are more easy to find the hotel. The room are very neat and clean and the staff was familiar with the customers they are providing all types of food like South Indian,Fast food, non veg and all overall the facilities are good and valuable...

One of the worst hotel i have ever been to. No doubt the location is good but the services they provide is just pathetic, you need to call them 100 times to provide the basic necessities, there was no towel the ac was not working the bedsheets was not clean also the tv had no recharge. The helper or waiter will force you to give him tip wothout doing anything. The manager is rude and arrogant also when i called up the receptionist to recharge the tv it took him half an hour to do the same and kept on calling and disturbing. These things needs to be prepared before any guest takes a room. Also after recharging there was just 1 or 2 channels that was working and rest all the channels were asking to recharge, such a cheap hotel I must tell. If anyone goes through this review please do not ever visit this hotel. If there would be a negative rating i would have choosen that.

A great place to hold events like wedding. Pretty spacious banquet hall and event hall. Rooms are clean and nice, washroom are clean and big. They have nice staff, really courteous and respectful people. It's a new establishment but they have checked most of the tick box properly. Do check them out once.

Stayed there last weekend. Clean hotel, just next to highway. Reasonable price. Fresh food. If you need to stay on the way to Bihar from Lucknow, this is good option. Only thing missing is lift here. Overall great

Worst service. I suggest don't book this hotel for any function. Better service and rate can be find in nearby hotels...... Disappointed two times.

The property is superbly clean , facilities are awesome and it is the BEST one in the area.We had a comfortable stay. In the absence of staffs cause of Covid restrictions , the owner himself took care of us. MUST STAY if you happen to be in this area.

This was first time in U.P I was there for a visit for friend wedding while returning back to mumbai I had to held at gorakhapur I was new to this place I went to hotel sai grand they treated vry well its was a great experience to be at such a hotel with such nice staffs didnt feel lik it was my first time special thanks to the owner ankit vishwakarma

Hotel and staff very cooperate and food no comparison at all. Wonderful food quality with delious taste. Wash room of room very clean and accessories available in rooms are full stastify
