We have booked room with oyo on 10 Aug 2019 after reaching railway station at gonda. Just after booking we arrived but the check in was denied by the hotel..it seems a good property as per photograph but in reality it is not as good or big.. on Reception i was told that they are no longer accepting booking from oyo. it may be oyo fault but they could have arranged a room from their own end. However no effort was made from the reception person..

Worst Hotel 9f My Life OYO Is Not Good for Booking because they have no record of Affiliated Hotel. The Hotel is Not Ti Up with Oyo Now n Oyo Offer Deal to stay.

Not allowed for marriage couples very bad staff available here
