Hotel The Grand Palace

They need to work on the lift ,it is very slow and the power back up needs all the time since every time there is a power cut , it takes a lot of time to restart and it can be panicking especially for the old age people.

Location is good but room service as well as room size is not good for two people and also not a proper arrangement in the washroom too. Service is too late at night and a good breakfast in the morning.

My worst decision to stay in the hotel , staff was very very unprofessional and the receptionist guy also , The charge much For small rooms because they don't have any good rooms please don't stay here There are also some good places in Ghazipur to stay like Nand SM Palace Atithi Continental etc

Nice looking exterior interior design, big space for marriage, covered banquet hall and open space ground.
