Overpriced, No Service, and Unprofessional Staff Extremely disappointed with my stay. I confirmed an early check-in (7 AM) on call a day prior, and was assured it would be fine if available. Upon arrival, I was rudely told I'd need to pay an extra day's charge to check in early. The staff's attitude was unprofessional, and the hotel offered no service--everything was DIY. Rooms were overpriced and far from value for money. Definitely not worth staying here. Avoid at all costs!"

Experience was amazing ! Would definitely like to highlight Mr John Gomes He is extremely hospitable and warm hearted - Excellent in customer service he has that human touch that makes normal service into an amazing experience !!! You are a legend keep rocking

A great place to stay. Value for money. Staff is very cordial and helping. Great room service. Food served is also good. Spacious rooms with all amenities. Just to add one thing more is a hair dryer in the rooms or on demand.

I booked this through make may trip. Disappointing experience. After all we come to hotel to feel luxury but here everything is opposite. Online superior room is shown as 600 square feet whereas the actual size of the room is around 357 square feet. According to the reception. No satisfactory answer is given. Even the bed sheet is not clean, there are a lot of mosquitoes and after asking for a long time, mosquito refill is given, everything is a mess. Room Picture No. 1 is shown online while Room Picture No. 2 is shown on arrival. Sorry to have to spend a disappointing night. However amidst all this the food does not disappoint you

Everything was good during my stay . The location is odd , as it is inside the society . Also very costly as per location and the room . I didn't feel that luxury as per what they are charging !!! The buffet was good in the morning , variety ! Also if you want to have milk ! Don't order in the hotel rather go down there is one high tech mil dispenser . Very good startup project !!! They provide milk and milk products ! Do visit there if you are visiting this hotel . If this review is helpful to you in any way . Just hit that heart button !

I have stayed nearly 10 days in this hotel and I will give 1 out of 10 at maximum. Quiet nice and big enough rooms but towels and bedsheets are having holes and broken. food is below Average. Tables are not clean. Ants and cockroaches you can find on table. Plates, bowl, spoon not cleaned properly. The breakfast they serve is worst in sense of taste, quality and variety. I will give 0 out of 10 to their services as well as food. I will rate their front desk services 0 out of 10 cause their person is talking very rudely. Not taking any kind of responsibility and providing irresponsible and bad answers to me and my colleagues. (May be similar behaviour with others too) I lost my clothes in the laundry services too. No responsible answers from their team and reception person talking rudely and saying it's not my responsibility it's yours you should take care of your clothes. And I was saying that my clothes are lost from the laundry side and he is still talking rudely.

Poor choice for staying at this much price. My experience was not good in following terms 1. Not able to find the property easily. 2. No proper parking in front. 3. Not able to guess the property from the front. 4. Society people used to sit in the lobby. 5. The pool is not functioning. 6. Situated on the 4th floor. 7. Unprofessional look at lobby. 8. Feels like u r at a studio apartment. 9. The geyser was not working. 10. Awkward to check rooms at the lobby area. 11. Breakfast was ok but no one was there to manage the refilling. Must avoid if u can else better to have visit rather than booking seeing positive reviews over google which are totally fake. Negative rating from my end but not available here so single star.

The rooms are okay. The food and hygiene can use some upgrade. Good for small private gathering like kids party or new years celebration. Not recommended for stay.
