Such a bad experience, just hate the services of OYO .. very bad

They ask everyone to pay extra. I even called customer care they removed extra charges but hotel owner keep increasing the charges again and again. Worst experience don't even try to book this. Oyo should delist this property. Owner has managed to hack some glitch in the app because of which they are able to do it.

Worst Experience Ever..!! Think of this, you go to a new place where nobody is known to you, you dont have your own conveyance to commute and then you visit in the "OYO pre-booked" Hotel (Advance Paid) and then the hotel receptionist outrightly rejects your stay in that Hotel saying- 'we dont take OYO bookings. They book at price which is very less for us'. You will get dumbstruck right...?? Same happend with me. 2 hotels rejected the OYO pre booked booking and like this OyO wasted my 1 hour of precious time and like a fool I was moving on their requests with my luggage from pole to pole.

I checked in at 1 am at night and informed I work in the US marketplace and sleep in the morning at 6 so I may checkout around 2 and the guy understood at night and said not a a problem still I received a call at 11 in the intercom and girl started forcing to checkout. I said mam I am sleeping please don't make it a pathetic experience for me but after 2 to 3 minutes of requesting she agreed but by the time my sleep was disrupted.

Horrible..... On official tours, I generally prefer reasonable single occupancy rooms.... But Oyo hotels always deny checkin..... This time being on safe side, I called Oyo customer care to double check with the Hotel (before booking). The customer care rep even assured that he called the hotel, confirmed the rate (which is even slightly higher than app price.... Nevermind....) and told me to pay so-and-so price at hotel reception while checkin.... But again when I reached the hotel, they denied check-in.... Horrible.... I immediately deleted the app and am sure never going to come back..... you are really horrible.....

The charged us more than the shown fare on the app. Also, this property doesn't maintain the basic standards of any hotel. They blamed OYO corporate for the fare issue, citing that it's impossible for them to maintain their property with such low fares.

Per my past experience with OYO, This was my baddest. After checkin i couldn't stay in the room due to no electricity, then after ac was not working properly, evern on 16 it was not cooling. I had to call customer care 5 times then after my query has been taken care,

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I booked this hotel and paid full amount online upfront. But hotel staff asked for extra money to check in at reception. It was 12:07 AM and I was with my family including senior citizens, female and children. They should rather be in recovery domain than hospitality.
