Booked from Agoda, Online payment done.But checkin denied, when asked why - owner start abusing and he was drunk and very rude. Asking for extra money. Highly recommend not to book this hotel. Consider when someone visiting from outstation with his family. The senario will keep you ashamed. Garunteed. When asked for refund - just says i will not give go do what so u can and Agoda also hasn't intervened to get me the refund as it's there poor business what matters not the customer experience for them Pathetic

Booked a room for my driver on OYO. Paid full amount. When my driver reached for check in, the reception staff demanded Rs. 1000 extra saying that they have confirmation from OYO to charge Rs. 1000 at the time of checkin. Total fraud hotel. Do not gobto this Hotel. An open fraud right in NCR going unabatedly

Never book this hotel. Even after your booking they don't accept checkin. They told that they do not accept online booking. Worst hotel. Don't trust them. My suggestion go another hotel. Even i go for other. Last moment don't accept is hectic.

I had a fantastic stay at hotel emporio suits! The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. On 28th Nov 24, I tried to check in into this hotel. I was denied entry based on my identity. I had booked through online platform. This was the worst experience.

Totally fake never book from Oyo because it's not comes under oyo authority even the townhouse board which can seen in facade view when you reached location u will not find and you have to pay extra more charges and reception will say u have cancel booking from there so my experience was bad so never book from oyo

Shitty rooms with little to no amenities. They didn't even give towels even after repeatedly asking. Receptionist is very rude and doesn't know how to talk.
