The Roseman Hotel & Suites

I don't think I have been to a worse hotel than this. Rooms were not tidy or clean, dirt in most places you look. A/C not working in most rooms and the toilet were dirty too.

Terrible Experience - Unfair Charges and Discriminatory Policies I had a deeply disappointing experience at Roseman hotel and suites and I would never recommend it to anyone. Upon arrival, I was shocked by their discriminatory policy where they claimed a girl cannot stay in the same room with two boys, even though I was traveling with my brother and friend. Despite explaining our relationship and showing ID proof, they refused to allow us to check in unless we paid extra money. This felt like blatant extortion and left us feeling humiliated and disrespected. What's worse, the entire situation was handled poorly by the staff, who were rude, unprofessional, and seemed more interested in squeezing money out of us than providing basic hospitality. On top of this, they charged me more than the agreed price without any explanation. It felt like they were taking advantage of guests at every opportunity. The entire experience was stressful, and it ruined what was supposed to be a pleasant trip. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Roseman hotel and suites to think twice. Their unfair practices and lack of respect for guests are unacceptable. There are far better places to stay that won't treat you like this.

It's a worst hotel never in my life I will go there again first of all they charge extra then even after paying them extra they haven't offer a single complementary water bottle we have to buy water from there restaurant. Finally when I check into the room AC is not working, wifi is not working there is no water in the bathroom, there beds are making noise. I don't know why they are calling themselves a hotel it should be a dharamshala instead. And they claim that they have luxury property of ghaziabad. What a joke.

Low quality.Behaviour towards costumers is utterly bad. They only care about money even if it's by deceiving consumers. While we stayed room almost caught fire because of heater was caught on fire . We informed in reception by phone but no immediate action was taken so we had to save ourselves by taking all stuffs and running out of the floor . We checked out after that experience. Poor supervision and maintenance . Fraud and scamming would not recommend for anybody. Please save your life without booking this hotel.

The light doesn't light up, the TV is bad, the WiFi doesn't connect Parking has to be paid separately, it is a useless experience, it is not worth it at all, it is not worth Rs. 1800

Frustrating and bad experience we had. I had booked this from OYO, even when I had paid all the amount in advance, after reaching at the location they charged for extra money. The booking contact shared by oyo is not receiving my calls as soon as I checked in. This is not a coincidence but it is a planned scam. The hotel and oyo both are equally involved. On the other side when paid extra money the service was also not good. I had to fight for very small requirement like water and cleanliness. I advise to not fall for this.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The overall condition of the property was far below acceptable standards. The rooms were not clean, with dust and grime visible on surfaces and in corners. The bathrooms were unhygienic, with unpleasant odors and poorly maintained fixtures. Basic necessities like clean towels, toiletries, and even proper drinking water were either missing or of substandard quality. The bed linens appeared unwashed, and the room had a musty smell that made it hard to stay comfortably. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent to complaints, showing no urgency to address the issues. The lack of proper maintenance and care was evident throughout the hotel. I would strongly advise avoiding this place until significant improvements are made. It's not worth the money or the discomfort.

It was a great experience as per their services and staff but some photos are different like photos are too good in comparison to real visit but interior was good
