For the budget, it was worth it compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean. The room service was also nice. To the cons, most hotels have a dedicated water heater. It took me some time to figure out, you have to let the cold water run for about a minute before you get hot water. I wished they had a manual bidet instead of an integrated one. But again that's a personal preference. Some additional fittings as a hair dryer should have been most welcome. Overall it's a value for money stay.

Overall, it's good experience as the staff is quite friendly and they helped us in our stay. More of the food is satisfactory. Location of the hotel is quite good. It's easy to go anywhere in the city.

I don't recommend this hotel, unclean rooms, no toiletries, broken bathroom glass and toilet seat, no hot water

I am writing to express my honest opinion with my recent stay at Swiss Hotel, booked through MakeMyTrip for the night of 04-05 December 2024. I had booked the Swiss Hotel for my wife and teenager daughter, considering how highly it is rated on MakeMyTrip. They found the hotel seemingly safe and there were no disturbances. However, despite paying approximately 3000/- per night, the services provided were far below expectations. 1. Inadequate Amenities: We were provided with only one small soap and one small sachet of shampoo for the entire stay, which is insufficient for two guests. 2. Hot Water Issue: My daughter woke up at 6:30 AM to take a hot shower but had to wait 45 minutes for lukewarm water to flow. Despite calling staff for assistance, they were unable to resolve the issue. 3. Poor Breakfast Quality: The sandwich ordered for breakfast was served cold, adding to the disappointment. Such experiences are unacceptable, especially given the price and the expectations set by MMTP. I have requested that MMTP address these issues with the hotel and ensure corrective actions are taken. Looking forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.

Good clean rooms On GT road easily accessed In Walkable distance you have PVR malls etc Good Value

The location is surrounded with traffic and multiple shops. The opposite side of the road has holes in which your car can get stuck easily Even after giving them full money and that is 2.8 lakhs a week prior their management is so poor The rooms were full of cigarette smell The halls were full of cigarette smell The ladies washroom was severely dirty and very unhygienic to use The event hall was not cleaned up, the dishes and glasses were used.

Good hotel at cheap prices in a city where it's difficult to find good hotels. The rooms were comfortable and all amenities were provided. We needed an extra bed and that was given. The cleaning staff was good and helpful. The serving staff were quick and even helped us get our clothes dry cleaned. The bathroom was not good as the toilet seat was loose and the shower put out a small stream of water. There was no breakfast with the room and had to be ordered separately.

We have celebrated our nephew's first birthday here, it was great experience because of there supporting staff. The food was really tasty and fresh & connectivity from this place was great. If u are planning for any birthday celebration then I will recommend this place.
