SK Premium Park, World Square Mall

We recently stayed at SK premium park hotel. The room was very very spacious. The washroom was a major letdown--it was not properly cleaned and there was water choking. Basic amenities were missing like toothbrush.The air conditioner was very noisy. The room had no view at all--just another building outside the window, which made the space feel more closed off. The hotel's layout was very confusing; I had trouble finding my way around, and there was little to no signage to help guide guests. Staff were helpful. The hotel is attached with the mall, so you can find it bit confusing. No complimentary breakfast. Checkout timing is 11:00am.

Absolutely horrible stay -- total waste of money||This is by far one of the worst so-called "3-star" properties I've ever stayed at. If this is what they call 3-star service in India, it's a joke.||||The rooms are dirty, smelly, and look like they haven't been maintained in years. Furniture is old and broken -- the chair in the room looked like it came from a second-hand scrap shop.||||The staff has no sense of hospitality. No smile, no greeting -- just blank faces and zero willingness to help. We had to complain at 10 PM about a leaking shower head and after multiple follow-ups and 45 minutes of waiting, someone finally showed up. Not even a simple "sorry" from anyone.||||First impression was bad, and it only got worse from there. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay -- this is not the place. It's unhygienic, outdated, and run with no standards.||||Strong advice: do not waste your money here. Better to spend a bit more and stay somewhere that actually respects its guests.

I recently attended two functions--Sangeet and Wedding--at SK Premium Park, Ghaziabad, and my experience was excellent. Location: The venue is well-situated, easy to find, and convenient for guests. Parking was hassle-free, which is always a plus! Food: The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of dishes that were well-prepared and flavorful. Every item on the menu was fresh and well-presented, making it a treat for all guests. Service: The staff was courteous, efficient, and prompt in their service. Everything was well-organized, and the arrangements were seamless, ensuring that both events ran smoothly. Overall, SK Premium Park offers a great ambiance, quality service, and a memorable experience. Definitely recommended for hosting grand celebrations!

The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and high-quality toiletries. The view from my room was stunning, and I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy ambiance.

One of the worst hotel and worst service. Washroom was not clean, no proper water supply. Food was also not good and staffs behaviour is completely unprofessional. If you say anything to Cheg regarding food quality he got arrogant and show his hyper behaviour. Overall very bad experience.

Wanted to rate in negative, there's no option so rating 1 . We locked a deal of wedding for 4th July 2025, They commited X amount and denied to lock on the X amount they mentioned. Wasted almost 3 days and came to lock the deal. But due to false commitments of Mr.Jatin, we didn't book the venue.

Come to the point directly 1) mosquito in Plate ( breakfast) 2) Breakfast with old chatney and Not refilling Even after guests is waiting 3) Restaurant will not pick your food whole the night and next month its smells very bad in entire walk-in passage 4) No one pick your call from Room you have to go Downstairs every time 5) No heater Working & Toothbrush not provided even i booked Exicutive room 6) Shampoo bottle was empty no one care if you say it. 7) water leakages from Bathroom to. room 8) Washroom smells so badly 9) pillow cover was not washed and full of bad smell. I think everyone should Avoid this hotel for booking I stay there for 2 days I will not recommend.

2 days before we stayed here to attend a marriage function. Service to rooms are very good. All staff are very supportive and helpful. Specialy i want to mention shailesh sandeep and sachin. they make sure our comfort and specially to old age persons.
