The receptionist didn't know how to handle customers and simply denied our OYO booking, stating they don't accept OYO reservations. When I mentioned that I would complain to OYO and leave a bad rating, he responded that they already had a bad rating and that we should have checked it before coming. We had to pay to stay since it was late. When I called OYO customer care to complain, they tried calling the hotel, but no one answered. I went back to the reception to ask the receptionist to take the call from OYO, but he refused. Despite paying 1800 for a day (12 hours as we checked in around 10:30 PM), which was too high for the small room lacking basic amenities like a water bottle, they also denied outside food. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, not even an enemy.

Very wrost hotel dirty and smelly rooms. I had booked rooms from make my trip and make full payment in advance. When I reached in hotel reception person ask for extra money you have to pay i.e biggest scam going in this hotel. It is just like a dharmshala or dhaba not hotel. No body support customer weather it's make my trip support team or OYO support team. They leased this property for making fool customer and rob customer. Very shameful act performed by receptionist Make my trip support guy and OYO support guy. I strongly suggests to other business travellers, family and couple do not Book this property it is just a scam.

It was such a bad experience The receptionist was so rude he don't even know how to talk to elders and with the customer. He said that they won't allow 3 person in a room even if you have booked the room through Oyo app. They were asking for extra money as well . Even after booking through Oyo app with 2 room and 6 guests they have asked us to pay an extra rs 500 per bedding for two guests. During checkin they asked for extra approx 800 rupees for no reason at all. Overall the experience was pathetic. That guy charge Rs 2200 for offline booking. He told us that we don't have experience in doing business so please shut up.

Room condition was not good, bed shirt having holes, room having dust, receptionist was rude, i wait for 1 hours over my booking,

Book this hotel if and only of you do not have any other option. They say it is 3 star property but is not better than a premium "dharamshala". There was no bottled drinking water, no toiletries, no bath towels. Room cleanliness is average. Room amenities were old and unmanaged. The room price on travel sites is around Rs 1000. But at the time of check-in they asked for Rs 600 per room per night extra, to confirm the booking. Otherwise you can go wherever you want, they do not care.

This is the Worst hotel I ever stay the person on Reception said This is not OYO hotel he asked extra amount of money and not given any invoice hotel room and service is worst they even not Gave Water and Towels, Also yet Oyo not send any invoice for my booking. This hotel is only for cheap couple, hotels Never suggest any good person to go there.

Pathetic and illiterate !!!!The hotel asked for 1000 rupees extra over and above oyo payment. Breakfast was included in the price but they refused. My wife and I were feeling so unsafe in the hotel. No cleaning was done in 2 days of room.

Extremely poor , misbehaving and rude staff . No towels provided during a night stay. The condition of the extra bed was like infested with bugs and visually soo disturbing that you'll vomit
