Recently my wedding was organised here. Mr. Vikas bhatt is excellent Manager, very polite, has a very calm and composed demeanour, he listens very carefully and executed everything perfectly and made my wedding memorial for me. Food was very delicious. All staffs are very polite and professional.

My experience with this hotel has been very poor. We happened to have company meeting on 16/04/25 so meeting materials were left at the basement parking by my teammate. Reached hotel on 15/04/25 at 9PM asked them to keep the materials in the hall as I wanted to decorate the hall well in advance to avoid hustle in the morning. When I request them to send the materials to hall on 2nd floor the reply was ' This job is of banquet ppl and all of them have left for the day.... You yourself lift the box and take it to the hall. We can give it only tomorrow morning by 7AM.' Another incidence of poor service and treatment with customers. Went for buffet breakfast on 19/04/25 between 9.30-10AM. Went to take Idli was not available... Checked it thrice still not replinished. Asked for dosa for breakfast waiter said it will take 10mins, I said f9. Waited for 15mins still dosa didn't arrive meanwhile reminded waiter couple of times but as usual not bothered. Asked for tea again more than 10mins still tea not served. It seemed quite understaffed as 2-3 waiters that too with 'I don't care' attitude. Hotel needs to take serious steps against this kind of service..... Utterly disappointing attitude and service by the staff..... Plz avoid this hotel if you can...... Poor management......

So this is my first time visiting this beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Vaishali Ghaziabad. Me and my wife when there for buffet dinner. The food was just awesome mouthwatering. But this hotel is just the same as any other hotel in terms of providing the starter on time. The the staff was nice polite will behave I would like to mention "Sharman". He is such a confident man. Overall experience amazing

I booked the hotel and banquet hall for my daughter's wedding and the experience there was amazing.|Each and everything went well because of extreme coordination of staff members and I can't thank them enough for that.|Food and room services were way beyond great and Mr Bhatt there was extremely delighted to help us out if we faced any crisis

Rooms are good if you are staying for nights or days ... But payment system is very poor.. You should make your own plan food and take it with you .. Don't eat in hotel . Go to floor second. And at last do not go to 9th floor ( terrace for food) ... Go for pictures
