We recently celebrated my nephew's wedding at L'ELEGANT Hotel & Banquets (Ace Manor), Sahibabad, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The venue provided a truly elegant and memorable setting, beautifully set up with tasteful decor and a warm, inviting ambiance that created the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion. The service was outstanding. The staff were professional, courteous, and incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every detail was executed flawlessly. A special mention goes to Ms. Shalini and her team, whose seamless coordination and dedication allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without any stress or concern. The food was another highlight, delicious and well-presented, it was thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests. Overall, L'ELEGANT Hotel & Banquets exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a well-managed, beautiful, and hassle-free wedding experience.

I absolutely love this venue--everything from the ambiance to the food is top-notch. This is my second time booking here, and once again, it exceeded expectations. Shalini was absolutely on top of things throughout, making sure everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and warm coordination made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.

I had literally the worst experience at L'Elegant, Sahibabad. We booked 24 rooms for my tilak/engagement function, expecting a smooth and memorable stay. Unfortunately, it was a complete nightmare. I personally chose an executive room for myself as the bridegroom because I had a lot of luggage and needed space to get ready. It's supposed to be one of the best rooms in the hotel, yet the air conditioning wasn't working. There was also leakage outside the room, and I had to wait for over 2 hours before I could be shifted to another suite (Room 203). That room had a foul smell, the AC inside wasn't working either, and the intercom was completely dead. I had to keep going to the reception in person just to make basic complaints. This was my own function, and instead of being able to relax and get ready in peace, I spent my time running around trying to get things sorted. Room service was also slow and careless. Many of my relatives also complained about the poor room conditions and lack of service. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone for any event or function. They call themselves a 3-star property, but honestly, it's not worth even a single star. Avoid this place completely. I've had better stays in rooms that cost just 1000. This hotel charged us way more than that, and it was completely not worth it. Hosting our function here was a big mistake. Honestly, it was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had, and I don't even want to hear the name of this place again.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary at this banquet hall! The staff provided excellent service--attentive, polite, and well-organized throughout the event. A special thank you to the manager ma'am for her constant support, understanding, and thoughtful coordination. She truly went above and beyond to make our day memorable!

My stay at this hotel was disappointing, primarily due to Manager Shalini's unhelpful and biased attitude, which seemed intentional. It appeared that she was deliberately causing issues, as the service was slow, room service required multiple calls, and the staff's tone was annoying. The reception team's responses were also rude. Given this experience, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I request to the management for immediate termination of Manager Shalini for better business.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Hotel Elegant, which starkly contrasted with my previous visit. Despite having paid in full, Manager Shalini falsely accused us of outstanding dues and spoke rudely to me in front of my relatives. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, with the reception team consistently communicating in an annoying manner. Room service was inefficient, requiring multiple calls for something as simple as tea, which took over half an hour to arrive. When the tea finally arrived, the staff demanded immediate payment in front of my relatives, threatening to take it back if we didn't comply. Manager Shalini's behavior was particularly concerning, as she would frequently visit our rooms and functions, seemingly with the intention of causing discomfort. Her bias and unprofessionalism were evident throughout our stay. My previous experience at Hotel Elegant under a different manager was pleasant, which is why I chose to book again. However, Manager Shalini's actions have tarnished the hotel's reputation. I urge the management to take immediate action regarding Manager Shalini's employment, as her behavior is detrimental to the hotel's business. Terminating her position would likely improve the overall guest experience and restore the hotel's reputation.
