HOTEL VASUNDHARA GRAND

They are fake that don't have have such type of rooms, it's like a tabela... where people comes and goes in an hour. So don't book and no need need to trust on sunil who is the owner of this hotel

The staff have friendly nature and the hotel is in a good location but they really need to get some maintenance work done in their rooms.

WORST HOTEL EVER What a stupid bunch of people they have hired for the reception job. I booked one room from Agoda app at a certain price and when I reached the hotel for checkin , the hotel staff said that they haven't received any booking . They didn't had any computer or laptop when I provided them booking ID and ref number. Not only this they way they were responding and treating the guest was very unprofessional. They didn't wanted me to give room at low price so they started behaving in a very bad and unresponsive manner. Then when I asked them what's the price of the room I will pay the extra amount , one of them quoted it's 1250 INR . I Was ready to pay the extra amount as I needed the room urgently at that time but then another one of them said it's 1500 INR and finally he quoted at the last that the only room available is for 1899 INR When I said that your colleague just said it was for 1250 , to which he said ki "usko nahi pata". Basically they have hired unprofessional and uneducated staff. Seelampur ke chutiye rakhe hue h saalon ne

I didn't like the room and the service was very poor The privacy was so bad .

the best hotel is medium range in vasundhara ghaziabad location. We are trying for marriage program purpose where food and stay are combined package available . after many hotel search we found hotel vasundhara grand have food accomandattion and small party all things is there. We are satisfy with service price and hospitality. Thanks hotel staff and owner

It was the most pathetic experience of my stays so far. Lift not working and you have to climb to 3rd floor with all ur bags when all the stairs are full of water. If that was due to weather then why cudnt someone help in luggage. They had no water in bathroom. They had no drinking water. They just had a bed with dirty linens and slowest ACs which will take an hour to cool down the room. Hotel ambience is worst. It seems like it's made for unmarried couples only. Your online booking will not be visible to them. This hotel is full of reasons to make ur stay like hell. Better to stay in adjacent Oyo townhouse.

We loved the Hotel vasundhara Grand. They had a spacious room for 4 with beautiful views and wonderful service Our room had all of the conveniences we could hope for and the breakfast service was super! We will definitely plan a return stay on our next visit!

In short worst hotel ever. *Rooms have sealing. *Staff is like - they are going a great favor on you via taking your money for the room. *Don't expect any help from staff. *Will cancel your bookings on your face and demand for extra money.
