Hotel Sunshine Park

We had arrived at Anand Vihar Bus Terminal and were searching for a suitable accommodation for a night. We had to attend an Award Function at the Bikaner House, near India Gate. We found this hotel which is merely 1.6 kilometers and reached there without any difficulty. We got the room at a competitive tariff of 1800/night inclusive of taxes. The room number 108 was quite spacious and adequately lit. The toilet was not so big, but was still manageable. The equipment were working fine and the room service was great. They serve great food which is truly delicious and fresh, though the charges are quite steep. The hotel staff is friendly and active, but the hotel shall work primarily on two aspects to improve its quality significantly. Firstly, they must pay heed to deep cleanliness which is missing. Secondly, they shall not accommodate those who take rooms to booze and create a ruckus during late night hours. On the whole, it is a nice hotel which can be made much better further.

What a terribly terrible experience it was. Pros - 1. I don't know who, why & how people can write positive reviews. May be they are paid reviews or given by hotel management. Cons - 1. Highly priced 2. Unhygienic rooms and bathrooms 3. Electrical sockets doesn't work properly 4. Fan regulator doesn't work 5. AC remote you have to ask 6. Dirty laundry 7. Poor food quality 8. I couldn't sleep whole night and still itching my skin.

Food was pathetic. They served spoiled food to us. Staff behaviour was also not good. To be honest, i will not recommend u to even think about this hotel.

Although the experience was good but the rooms were not managed properly the lights were quite less and the mirror was almost at the corner making quite difficult to see. And the bathroom was ok no so good and the light was also not better. Service was quite poor as the coffee is not available, servicing was slow..Needs a good management and hygiene..

I booked atleast 26 rooms for a family function. Rooms were not clean at all, staff was very rude when they were told to clean the room. The manager was rude at the beginning but after a light argument he understood the situation and took good control. The only good thing about the hotel was food which was truly delicious. To conclude i just want to say if you are looking to have a function over there, just check the rooms before one or two days and get them clean. If you are going in as a couple ,need to keep in mind rooms are not clean at all, other than that hotel is in good location and is very safe.

Good place to stay, supportive staff, good food, everything at cost effective price. Staff is available at a phone call. Clean rooms with attached bathrooms. Although in few rooms showers do not work. This can be due to some arrogant customers. What else do you need in such a price ! No complaint except the price of Tea & Coffee that can be reduced for customers' delight.
