My stay today in this hotel was very good, the room was cleaned very well, the AC and TV were fully working and the hotel staff was also very good, the location was also good.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this property. The room service was below expectations, and the staff at the reception exhibited unprofessional behavior. On multiple occasions, the air conditioning and bathroom geyser were turned off without notice. When I inquired, I was told it was due to requests from other guests, which was inconvenient and unacceptable. Upon further questioning, the receptionist became confrontational. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not ideal for families, as it is situated above a bar. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this stay, especially for those traveling with family.

Don't fall for these fake 5* reviews. I booked this hotel for 3nights from OYO for less than around 600/night. I reached the hotel, submitted necessary details and then the receiptionst started saying that although the price shown will be doubled in app the moment he checks me in. Of course I was not convinced and finally he gave up, admitted that they do this on purpose as the rate listed in OYO is not possible to run the business. They list property at such cheap rate in OYO so that visibility is higher. Finally I agreed to stay for one night paying 1000. The room was okayish but bedsheets/comforters etc everything was dirty. The bucket and mugs in bathroom probably was not used since Indus valley civilization, both were disgustingly slippery. The main water faucet was not working. On that evening itself I managed to move to my friend. I asked the receiptionist to refund some amount as there were a huge group of some Nepali pilgrims waiting for rooms (suggesting room I checked out won't stay empty) but he straight away denied. Now considering their average tactic, he might reply that I was told beforehane about the rates and blah blab, why did I checkin if I was not happy and all! Anyone with positive IQ would know that it's very unlikely that one would not be wanting to settle somehow after a long journey and rather look for alternate options. I don't have issue the hotel charging 1000 or 10000 whatever they want, but don't scam people by listing your property at cheap rate in OYO. Also seems like it's not the first case for sure. Oyo has done absolutely nothing to handle such scammers. If same thing happened to you as well, please react to this review so that it appears at the top. Everyone knows most OYO business run on hourly bookings by horny couples, so that may be the case they do not like bookings for long stay.
