Pathetic service Very very bad hospitality! They are using fake name of OYO for their fame and running their business. Not allowing us to check in and accepting booking via OYO app. They don't even care for the guest and disrespecting the guest and not providing any service. This property should be closed and I will recommend not to go to this hotel or book it ever. This hotel needs a negative rating! 0/5 from my side

Recently we hosted an engagement ceremony in Royal Regency. The ambience is good, location is quite reachable, staff is courteous, AC was great, but above all, the food (punjabi cuisine) they prepared could compete with any A grade noida outlet. It was just awesome. though the service was a bit slow towards the end of the party, but the over all experience was worth every penny. Strongly recommended for small family functions.

Hotel is located in main market business area near to old bus stand. Hotel rooms are quite good however need improvement in room lighting. It is indeed difficlut to read in spite of existing lighting. Food quality is good ideal for vegeterian foodies. Staff is very good willing to offer help.

Fraudsters,(Hotels Scam ALERT) , If u book online ,,they will ask for double amount while check in,, and dont accept online booking,, They only list online to attract customers with less price, after that when u reach there they will not give room on that price,, Will surely go to consumer court against such misleading tactics......

until i reached 1st floor of the hotel i wasnt have slightest of idea about this hotel.||1st Room offered to me was rejected by me & i was took to other room,||Room was spacious but ......||> stinky with bed odor||> Dirt was visible allover on furniture ,glass.||> Bed covers ,pillow covers were with stains & dirty||> Bathroom too was stinky & dirty with spots in pot & dirt deposit all over .||> tap,jet & shower were not working /partially working||> half of the electrical switches were burned & not working.||||LOBBY ( 1st Floor ) ||||> Tiles were extracted from walls all over.||> Big holes on the walls all over ||> color was faded & carpet was ruined.||>Old chairs were lying here & there. ||SERVICE :-||> Bucket was not there in bathroom ...requested but not reached in next 1 hour.||> dinner ordered at 10.20 pm reached in room at 11.20 pm||||FOOD :-||> Taste less food.||> ordered toast for breakfast ..they served fried bread (see pic.) || ||Pls devote some more time to search for another hotel ..BUT DONT EVER THINK TO BOOK THIS ONE

Been to this s**t hotel last time when i was in ghziabad for official tour.. inspite of booking in advace they denied to give me a room. I was told to check in some other hotel and was made to roam the streets in middle of night. Even when u stay there the staff is least helpful. No sense of responsibility whatsoever. Go at ur own risk..

I'm Ashok Arora from Ghaziabad, having a Chemist Shop at Ghaziabad. It was my daughter's Sagan Ceremony at Royal Regency,in January. The menu making, co operation during the party, taking care of the service of Mr. Deepak Chawla is just excellent, his behavior towards my guests is extreme excellence. My daughter Tarini says, that Chawla Uncle is the best for service industry. Food was good, pre planning was good. our 3 guests were fasting that day , because it was Tuesday, but Mr.Deepak organized Fresh Fruit Juice and fresh fruits at the same time. These are the best example of Hospitality. thanks , I'll surely spread these words among my relatives & friend circle. Being There on an Anniversary Function on 25.05.2014, as belong to same trade (Hospitality) i am expecting adequate services food spread was good but the taste of them is not adequate enough infact the service is not upto the standerd they were offering Naan without Butter when spoken to F&B Manager we serve Naan without Butter Only, as people does not prefer butter what a rubbish answer he should have guest centric approach...
