Hotel Royal Park

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was the worst I've ever encountered. When I asked for regular drinking water, the staff outright refused, which is shocking considering it's a basic necessity. To make matters worse, they insisted on charging 112 for a bottle of mineral water, which is outrageously overpriced. This shows a complete lack of concern for guest comfort and basic hospitality. It felt like they were more focused on making money than ensuring a pleasant stay. I expected better service and a more considerate approach. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Recently hosted an important event at this Hotel 100% of my guests had all praises for the delicious food cooked and served with care by the hotel staff. All the dishes, stalls, settings and service were amazing. My best compliments to the CEO and his staff.

I recently stayed at Royal Park Hotel & Resort in Indirapuram, and my experience was disappointing. From the outset, the Wi-Fi was not working, and despite the hefty price we paid, no alternative was provided. During our stay, a serious accident occurred with our car. Instead of showing understanding, the staff reacted very rudely. The manager also misbehaved and continued to argue rather than trying to resolve the situation. Their arrogant attitude was shocking and disheartening, especially as we were doing our best to handle the situation. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I hope management takes steps to address these issues for future guests. Overall worst experience.

If you visit this restaurant via pre-booking with Swiggy for dine out they simply denying to take payment via swiggy by saying you should have told us prior that you are coming from Swiggy........ finally i had to pay the amount what they billed for food. Manager not ready to accept and asked to talk your Swiggy..... not a acceptable behavior in hospitality business and that also in today's digital world where you order everything on online platforms

Had dinner in their restaurant, quality of food was fantastic. Though ambiance looks a bit outdated but it still in good condition . This hotel located at a less crowded place so you can spent time peacefully.

We had rooftop party at this hotel Service was pathetic. Rice were raw, noodles were stinky cold food was served Decided menu was not served and no Manager was there at time of serving @ satish Washrooms were dirty n wet at all time Extra money they charged without prior notice by @sunil kumar(G.M.) Will not recommend this hotel to anyone
