Pathetic experience, nobody take the onus to serve the guest. Even the property manager(Manish Aggarwal) is so rude that he doesn't know the basic courtesy. If google have negative rating would it be better 1 is still so good for this type of property. Not recommended for anything. They just fooled you to take the money that's it.

He seems to be bit smart to reply to a genuine review which seems to be no where closer to a decent reply. Please stop reply as copy paste. We haven't misplaced any bag in your property neither we have complained to it to you. We genuinely have a service issue and it is well described in my previous review. Please rectify that and then reply

Please sleep on streets or go to any random dharamshala but at no cost you should go to this hotel.. No ID was asked during check in, smelly rooms, used bedsheets, no cleaning, leaky pipes, water leakage on walls, dust everywhere, curtains full of stains, rude staff, and the list goes on... They showed a sample room which was good but gave our guests these horrible rooms.. we had multiple rooms booked for a wedding and none of our guests stayed there.. all rooms were horrible..

We lost our bag from room. No safety at Hotel. Hotel representative is not taking care ofit. No safety at room. Anyone can come window and broke it and come in. We losted valuable bag. Please be careful by staying in Hotel. It happens in hotel. They are just saying a lie. How they know we where we went? We had our bag till evening on that day. We have kept in room. You can put a net in window. Why window was open? There is ac in room so there should safety in window. Why we keep our bag in room for safety . Right? We remove gold from same and wore and went to function . Hotel person is thief

Hotel Rajpath Residency We lost the brown men bag from this hotel room. No safety provided. Room 104 we stayed here. At evening when we went for Pooja and came back we released we lost bag and saw the window open. We asked cctv footage but he is not providing us . He is just postponing. There is no net safety in window. Incident happened on 23rd November 2024 between 5:30pm to 11:30pm. First said they will send us but now they are saying they will not send ,you come and check. Hotel is thief. Be careful while staying in that room. No safety hotel should the licence be cancelled.

Service of this hotal is very good and satisfying. The team worker also very nice and sweet by nature . I will always book this place for evry occasion thankyou.

Hotel and all manegment services very good and all employees understanding and coprative and ,I thing her name is pooja she so good communictaing and managing all services im so happy with all services thanks.

A good Hotel for both stay and events... I have had a great experience.. Planning further to host my upcoming family event next month. Thanks!
