Allover service were very excellent. Food was very tasty.all arrangements was proper according to all rituals. Next time will definitely book hotel for another marriage Or any other functions and also giving the reference to other relatives for the marriage. We couldn't have chosen a better place for my sister's wedding. The decor was stunning, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting.. The staff were exceptionally professional, accommodating every little detail with a smile and making sure everything went seamlessly. The food was an absolute highlight-delicious, beautifully presented and praised by every guest. The attention to the detail, from the flowers arrangement to the lightings, creted a magical setting that truly felt like a fairy tale. Thanks to Mahesh Raghav and team for making this once a lifetime ocassion unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue that goes above Nd beyond expectations.. There wasn't a single thing that went wrong.. everything was pre arranged by team.. Looking forward more celebration with The Grand Palace.

Nice banquet hall for organizing function, I organized my son wedding function there and it was good. Food quality was excellent as was the service. Mahesh Raghav (manager) was great and provided excellent service.

Highly recommended place. We just organised our second function of this year here. It was a wonderful service experience . Hotel staff is good and specially Manager Mr. Mahesh Raghav's support and service throughout the event is marvellous.

We were invited here for a function, It was on the road location and the parking was spacious enough to cater tens of vehicles at the same time, we then moved to the main banquet hall at the basement, the hall was in two part with well decorated interiors. Fully Ac and spacious. The furniture specially the sofas was neat and clean, staff was well mannered, overall a good experience, recommended for parties and functions

We celebrated our baby girl's birthday and it was a joyous celebration. All guests loved the arrangements snacks and food was so good only few items were a bit spicy and so children could not have it all. Raghav the manager was there for continuous support and he was good. Thank you for making my daughters day a memorable one.

Great Banqueting experience! With the hotel being in a very prime location with great accessibility to Delhi, and nearby areas, the hotel is a very good option for both your personal and business interests. I recently booked Hotel The Grand Palace in Ghaziabad for my sister's wedding, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of disastrous. Here are the key issues we faced: 1. **Lack of Cleanliness**: The hotel was filthy. The rooms were dirty, with stains on the sheets and unclean bathrooms. The banquet hall and common areas were equally grimy, with dust and debris everywhere. The carpets in the hallways were stained and gave off a musty odor, indicating they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. 2. **Unresponsive Staff**: The staff at this hotel was completely unresponsive. Despite multiple requests for basic services like housekeeping and room service, our pleas were ignored. We had to call several times before anyone would even acknowledge our requests, and even then, they took hours to respond, if at all. It seemed like they couldn't care less about the guests, leaving us to fend for ourselves. 3. **Rude Staff**: To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we raised concerns about the cleanliness and lack of service, they responded with hostility and made us feel unwelcome. They were dismissive of our complaints and made no effort to rectify the issues, which added to our frustration and stress during what should have been a joyful occasion. 4. **Poor Service**: The overall service was abysmal. The food was subpar and served cold, and the wedding arrangements were poorly managed. We had to repeatedly follow up on every small detail, from setting up the decorations to ensuring the food was served on time. Despite our constant monitoring, things were not done properly. The staff seemed untrained and disorganized, making the entire event chaotic. 5. **Lack of Amenities**: Basic amenities were missing or not functioning. The air conditioning was not working properly, and even worse, the AC units were leaking, causing the floors to be filled with water. This created a hazardous and uncomfortable environment for all the guests. We had elderly guests who slipped on the wet floors, and it was a miracle that no one was seriously injured. Additionally, the power went out multiple times during our stay, further adding to the discomfort. 6. **Guest Dissatisfaction**: The final straw was when guests from the groom's side became so frustrated with the horrible service that they left without having breakfast. They were extremely angry and disappointed, which was extremely embarrassing for us as hosts. This incident further highlighted the hotel's complete lack of regard for their guests' comfort and satisfaction. We had to apologize profusely to our guests and make alternate arrangements for their breakfast, which was an added inconvenience and expense. In summary, Hotel The Grand Palace in Ghaziabad provided the worst service imaginable. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a joyous occasion for our family. The combination of filthy conditions, unresponsive and rude staff, poor service, malfunctioning amenities, and guest dissatisfaction made this experience a nightmare. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay far away. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that actually care about their guests and provide decent service. Avoid this place at all costs.
