Hotel Parth Paradise

We booked this place for a simple dinner party. And the management ensured, that the service couldn't be any more worse. Horrible service. No waiters. No ac. On complaining, the manager argued that this the best they can do. For the entire party, we only had 1 server serving 60 + people. 1 server!!! Booking was minimum 60Pax in writing, and yet the manager made preparations for only 40pax. On live fruit counter, the server did not even know how to cut/peel fruits. We were served big chunks with peels on! Even the ac was not working and nobody even bothered to look into the issue despite multiple complaints. Later said, they cannot do anything about the issue at the last hour. In short, it couldn't have been worse. Lesson for life- DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ANY FUNCTION EVER!!

We booked this place for a dinner party. Looked fine from outside. But as soon as party started, everything went bad. We were in basement hall. AC was not working, there were no fans or coolers, everyone was sweating and having terrible time. Service was terrible, hardly anyone was paying attention, staff was very less, management was missing, and the person looking after the hall was like nothing could be done. Fruits were badly cut. Many guests went back without eating at all. Even lift was out of commission at one time. Imagine the hardship old people faced climbing upstairs. There was a food spill one time. There was nobody to clean. And even after multiple complaints, it went unattended for almost an hour. Anyone thinking of booking this place, please don't trust the 5 star reviews they are likely fake. My advice would be to look for a better place. As for our party, all guests went back in a foul mood. But please save yourself from this humiliation.

I have Stayed at Hotel Parth Paradise on some Personal Work. Rooms are clean and good Looking. Staff behaviour was very nice. Rooms Service are available for you at prompt response. Food quality is good. It is Situated on road. It has Banquet for small functions also. It has lift . Entrance is not Wheelchair accessible.

I personally recommend this hotel. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel staff was extremely cooperative, especially Vinit, the manager here, who was very supportive and always arranged rooms for me on short notice. I booked around 18 rooms on different dates, and they always ensured availability. Thanks to the entire staff of Hotel Parth Paradise. I will definitely stay here again if I get a chance to visit and will certainly recommend it to others.

Parth Paradise hidden gem with well equipped party banquet. Mr Vineet Saxena too extra care and function was perfectly done. Hosted a 50th anniversary party of my in laws. Everything was perfect. Well manged service. Uniformed staff, food was awesome.

I booked Parth Paradise from 7th till 12th Nov., 2024 for guests during my daughter's wedding. I found that management is fraud, they pushed me for the advance complete payment during my daughter's wedding and did not provided any breakfast, water and other services timely. My guests and I myself were very sad and in pathetic state, as the staff is not cooperative at all. In the morning, no water were there for guests, toilets and washing, late breakfast lead to miss of the first half-day function of guests. I was surprised that only 1 family of 3 people entered their hotel on 7th Nov. 2024 and occupied 1 room only, and they started pestering me for the full and final advances though I have booked almost 81 rooms from 7th till 12th Nov. 2024. I am warning the people to use this hotel, as they are fraud only.

Really great experience with the event. The team is very hardworking and flexible to meet our expectations. The food is great and starters are a must. Had a really great time.

Hello all this is one of my best decision to book this hotel parth paradise Surya Nagar. I have booked this property for haldi ceremony and ladies Sangeet function for my family members starting from Fand B services Till food quality it's was delicious and well served. All the working is very transparent and well organised I'll specially thanks to entire team of hotel parth paradise. Always recommend this hotel.
