I don't think I have ever been to a hotel so bad, had to stay their because of location, else soo bad ,dirty bathroom ,old bedsheets,old blankets ,geyser was also not working in the WINTERSS..! The staff felt like they were drunk

Worst hotel ever. The rooms and sheets were dirty and stained. The bathroom too, was filthy and looked like it hadn't been washed for a long time. When we asked them to clean it, they just came with a really strong room freshener. It was horrible. We checked out in one hour and found new accommodation, even though we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Would not recommend.

Very poor service. If you book AC room online.They will provide non-AC room or otherwise they asked to cancel the booking. They did not provide any thing like water bottle, soap, even in the room there are rats which disturb you whole night. Also the location is at remote area.So, you can't do any thing. Take precautions and avoid booking this type of hotel.

Extremely bad experience. OYO listing n booking but hotel staff not accepting. On contacting OYO customer care, no solution is being provided except for cancellation and to wait for refund amount in a week or so.. Once making full payment in advance to OYO, got refusal in check in at 2310 hrs on 30 Jan 2023. Is it acceptable by customers. One should not believe on OYO rooms booking as there is no control over properties. Brajesh

Room is too congested with unnecessary and cramping furniture. Hotel cannot afford white comforters. Room service is pathetic. Payment through OYO not accepted. GST receipt is not given. Photo being shown is far from reality. Bad choice.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The price was a little high but all the amenities were good and the location was easy to find and the room was clean. AC and TV were working properly. My overall experience was excellent at this hotel.
