Hotel Mukund Residency

We booked all the rooms for our guests for the wedding. The hall that is available on the ground floor is good. The food they offered there in the hall was delicious. But the food we ordered in the room was tasteless and the quantity was too small even for 1 person. The bathrooms were pathetic. They were getting clogged with hairs even when we were offered a new room. The light is very low we even need to turn on the lights in the morning time only 1 or 2 rooms have good light. Ruggs and bedding were clean but old and stained. We have been charged 2700 per room on the occupancy of 3. Rooms are small to put the 3rd mattress on the floor. Lifts were working intermittently. No soap, towel, toiletries, Nothing has been provided until we asked for.

Good hotel near Anand vihar, adjacent to Kaushambi metro station. Rooms are good but there is a problem with the AC and room lock system.

The rooms were dirty, suffocating and not at all clean. They are charging around Rs 2500 for a double bed room with breakfast. So, at least the basic standard of the room & quality service is expected. Further, the breakfast was horrible. We threw away the food and had to go outside to have breakfast again.

Super comfortable rooms, staff is well trained and well mannered, overall experience was really good

Booked and paid for this hotel via Agoda because it's located right next the Kaushambi Metro Station and not far from Anand Vihar Bus stand but I was told by a receptionist that they don't accept foreigner. I waited about 15-20 mins while the receptionist made calls to the owner and then they told me I can stay. Got the room, nothing was cleaned, stains on bed sheets, molds in toilet but the worst thing is the red stains on toilet seat. Not worthy of money but the location is great.

I stayed for few hours as I had to work and home wifi was down. The hotel duped me by assuring that the wifi in the hotel is working. When I checked in after paying advance of Rs 2000 for few hours of room occupancy, i discovered that the Wi-Fi is not working. The hotel didn't return the money nor it was able to provide the service. So, for me these guys are cheats!

No proper wifi , quilt and bed spreads are bad , no proper service to room

In 9 rooms 4 AC was not working,, staff was not very cooperative...if u offer extra money to staff they will work for you as Russians..
