Hotel Livinn by Golden Plate

The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were helpful and friendly.||The breakfast buffet was delicious. Laccha paratha and moong dal halwa were my favourite. Dinner was underwhelming.||Wi-Fi was very fast and I think it's an unlimited connection.

one of the worst hotel service it was, specially when it comes to service customers, these guys are not even average. Booked through google for 2 rooms for 2 day stay, to attend a family wedding in gaur city 1 as it is a near by property. When we reached at the property we were allocated some rooms and asked to change room on the very next day as those rooms were booked to some different party from next day. We had a dispute on this and finally we got some other room on second floor, lift of the hotel was not at all reliable, it was off for a day and we had to suffer a lot. Rooms were very dirty, bathrooms were too unhygienic and what to say about the service, in name of electric kettle we got a broken rusty one. Not even curtains were properly working and even broken in both our rooms. We had to hang cloths to have privacy. Not at all recommended and I highly recommend google to have a team and visit hotels before promoting them on their platform.

The place was filthy, and there were house flies everywhere. Despite very awful services, I was asked to write fake reviews. The staff was really greedy and demanded money for everything. We paid the catering manager extra money to reserve meals for the bride and groom, which they did not save. A filthy interior was installed. I was dissatisfied with their services. I will never suggest this hotel to anyone.

Initially service was very slow and clumsy, even asking for a cup of tea felt like too much to ask. But once I expressed my concerns to Ms Swati (manager) and Mr Harsh, my experience took a complete U turn. Services of the hotel skyrocketed, and every staff from reception to room service started responding promptly and positively. They fulfilled each and every demand enthusiastically. It was one hell of a ride. They even cleaned our rooms. I must say manager swati and receptionist harsh run this place like a well oiled machine. I was fortunate to visit this hotel and see them work passionately. I request all of you to visit this hotel once in your lifetime

If there are zero stars I would like to give it. Even I would like to give - 100 STARS In life there is only one memorable moment and big day. And the management team is the best to RUIN IT TO THE EXTREME. They were handling two three events at a time without proper number of labour in hotel. They were outsourcing labour one there was one and other day there was some other service k Naam pe dhabba. Jo hotel industry ka kaam tha SERVICE. They have made us fool Court case Karne ka mann hai inpar. Iss level tak kharab kiya in logo ne humane ye soch kar vaha pe rakha tha ki service milegi isse acha ghar pe kar liya hota event.

Pathetic hotel. I think it's an insult calling this as hotel. Services are like a free dharmshala. Staff is rude and won't coperate even on small issues. Never ever think of booking it for a family. Beds were very dirty and for sure bedsheet was not changed from multiple stay. No necessary stuff in washrooms, not even handwash. 300rs/day dharmshala is far better than this 1000/day hotel.

Very poor service and Pathetic hotel. Bathroom was very dirty. Hot water have a foul smell and will cause itching. No necessary stuff in washrooms, not even a soap. Not have POS Meachine for card swiping. Not worthy. Waste of money and health Kindly avoid this Hotel.

Very unprofessional hotel in greater Noida West. There is no management to listen your query. Very bad experience in this hotel for any ceremony. Dharamshala is better than this.
