25th Anniversary Program Review We recently hosted our parents' 25th anniversary celebration, and while the occasion was special, unfortunately, the experience with the venue/hospitality was disappointing. The hospitality and service were not up to the mark. The staff seemed inattentive at times, and there was a lack of coordination throughout the event. The biggest letdown, however, was the food -- which was supposed to be the highlight of the evening. The chapatis were extremely hard and difficult to bite, making them almost inedible. The Navratan Korma, which we expected to be rich and flavorful, turned out to be quite the opposite -- it tasted awful and lacked any real flavor. Given the premium pricing, we expected a much better standard of food and service. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost. Hoping the management takes this feedback seriously for future events.

While we were excited to celebrate our 25th anniversary with friends and family, unfortunately, the event was marred by an unexpected issue at the venue. Due to poor ventilation and the kitchen setup, the main hall was filled with smoke and a strong smell of cooking, which made the environment quite uncomfortable for everyone. Many guests experienced watery eyes and irritation, which took away from the joy of the occasion. It was disheartening to see our carefully planned celebration impacted this way. We truly appreciate everyone who still stayed and tried to make the most of the evening despite the situation. We hope that the venue management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their air circulation and kitchen arrangement to prevent such occurrences in the future.

The Rooms were full of mosquitos and the support staff was only looking for ths Tips from us. Room Service took almost 1 hour to deliver breakfast to our rooms. Really very slow service.

I booked krishna sagar for the anniversary celebration, unfortunately there is no proper service on time, suffocation of kitchen at the place of party , less staff, Food was not ok , parking area is ok.

This is a veg hotel. Reception is okay, but on room TV may not work. Moisturizer was not available. Hand wash was not working.

Clean rooms, polite staff and tasty food. The only issue is no Wi-Fi and non-working TV. Excellent location.
